Nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, this modern retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Step inside to discover a cozy haven filled with warmth and style. This is a basement/lower unit within a bungalow house. This means that at any one time, both the upper unit and lower unit can be rented at the same time to different guests. The units are self-contained so the upper unit will not have access to the lower unit and the lower unit will not have access to the upper unit. The heating and cooling is separately controlled by each unit. The lower unit does not have access to a backyard deck.
The entrance door for the basement/lower unit is located in the backyard. The backyard deck and front porch are only used by the guests in the upper unit. The right side of the driveway is designated for guests in the basement unit and the left side of the driveway is designated for the upper unit guests.
There are exterior security cameras, one located on the front porch and the second one is located on above the back deck.
The basement unit features 2 smart TVs, stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We also provide a Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and glassware. Towels and bed linens including sheets, pillowcases, duvets, duvet covers, and mattress and pillow protectors are also provided.
Two bath towels and 2 hand towels are provided in each bedroom.
We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent and garbage bags.
We also provide complimentary wifi for the guests to enjoy during their stay.
Please note: We do not provide shampoo, body wash and any personal consumables such as food, cooking oil, salt, and pepper, etc...
