A fully equipped kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs both with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, induction cooktop and family size fridge/ freezer.

The downstairs area boasts a stunning bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles with a shower, toilet and vanity. Downstairs has one bedroom with a ceiling fan and the laundry is located on the ground floor also with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs you will enjoy a stunning large bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, bath, toilet, shower and vanity, two bedrooms both with complete linen package and ceiling fans, the main having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to the balcony to allow those beautiful sea breezes to flow right through

The living area opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the ocean views across Fingal Bay. This property is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and shops, a little further down to Fingal Bay Surf Club, Longboat Café and Fingal Bay Bowling Club.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
