We had such a great stay at this penthouse in Folly Beach! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling like we had our own space to relax and enjoy the trip. The penthouse was especially great for our large group, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a fun group getaway. We really enjoyed having the space to hang out together, and the location made it so easy to enjoy Folly Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The property needs up keep. The floor on the first floor needs to be cleaned. Very dirty and not just from sand. The carpet in main area should be cleaned or removed. The AC is not working on the main floor master suites on the right side of the first floor. Rooms get very warm while the other side of remains cold. The ac was adjusted on both side of the floor multiple times.

The wood floors are vacuumed and mopped between stays; regular steam cleaning can damage them. We’re sorry the bedrooms were too warm. We did not receive any report of an A/C issue during your stay. Had we known, we would have addressed it right away. We’ll have our team check the uneven cooling you described.

May trip to Folly

My friends and I had a great trip to Folly Beach. This space was perfect—it had plenty of room for eight of us, even cooped up on a rainy day. The location was also great—just a block away from the main drag. I would rent again.

Great Location!

We had a holiday family reunion here and the space and location was perfect. Loved how we could see the ocean from the balcony and be able to walk to everything. All the amazing restaurants, shops, pier, market and coffee shops were just out our door. This was our first time to this area and plan to come back.

Great location

Great location, amazing views! The house needs some simple work for price to rent (i.e paint job, towel racks, working fan) but we still enjoyed our stay and the area around could not have been better!

The Penthouse = Best FB location and convenience

Great location for a large extended family visiting Charleston for a wedding. We had an amazing week staying at the penthouse and would definitely recommend it for large families/groups heading to Folly Beach
