Come enjoy this beautifully renovated Hilton Head Island rental property! The kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and bar seating for three while coming fully-equipped to meet your family's cooking needs.

The living room is tastefully decorated with beach contemporary designer furniture that fully emphasizes the oceanfront views from the bay of windows in this room.

The primary suite has a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom features a granite double vanity, a very large custom-tiled walk-in shower, and a free standing soaking tub.

The guest suite has 1 Queen and 1 Twin size bed and its own bathroom as well. This guest bathroom has a granite double vanity and a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Hampton Place is a beautiful condominium complex comprised of a large pool, smaller lap pool, hot tub, indoor gym and beach access.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters spent 5 nights in the villa. The view is wonderful and the deer come out about 4pm to graze on the lawn below us. The renting process was very easy. Our only complaint would be that we were constantly finding little bugs on the floor that sort of looked like ladybugs. They did not bite so we put up with them.Most places we stay our a little more guest friendly like having a few coffee filters available for your first morning there.Also, there was no makeup mirror in the bathroom so you couldn't see your hair in the back to see if it looked ok. The balcony had not been swept. Because of the little things we would not return to this villa.

Dear Bonnie, Please know that all you have to do is call us and we are happy to assist with any issues that arise during your stay. The building management company handles the pest control schedule, but we would be happy to step in and have that addressed. We are pleased to report that we have spoken to them and it is being taken care of. A handheld mirror is not required in our inventory, but again, just call and we can help! That is what we are here to do. These are such minor issues in the grand scheme of this beautiful condo and the gorgeous surroundings that we are dismayed that it impacted your stay as such to leave a 3-star review when all of these items could have been addressed during your stay. Also, its exact location on the first floor was nice. It is always quiet and not crowded at the pool and beach. Our only complaint was the quality of the master bed mattress and pillows.
