Pretty good

Property itself is in a great location. View was great and the surrounding area was calm and not very touristy (good thing). Overall, the property itself was fairly clean and updated. However, the property itself has a handful of tiny little “knicks and dings” that should be fixed prior to continuing to rent it out. Things such as dings in the walls, broken door handles and outlets, and poor functioning toilet. Overall, if those things got addressed, I would’ve given 5/5 stars.

Beautiful View but needs some adjustments...

Easy check in... condo was located on 2nd story but it was 3 flights of stairs so be ready to climb steps! The microwave doesn't work, the dryer doesn't work. The outside doors from the patio do not lock. There is also a door in the 2nd bedroom that we never figured out where it led to. So that made us extremely nervous! Considering our girls were in that room. The shower did not have a curtain or blinds. So at night you could see right into the shower. I told management and they placed a curtain over it. And they also told me they had noticed that before. Which was also concerning. Looking back at reviews, this has been happening since at least 2022. I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews! I feel this is pretty concerning considering the amount of time this has been happening! The bathroom door knob broke first thing. Management fixed it the following day. However, it broke again. So we just dealt with it. It's a beautiful condo. But needs some adjustments! Especially the shower situation... make sure if you rent this. You pay attention to the shower window! Overall, we paid to much for the condo considering the things we dealt with while there. Sandpiper is an excellent place... The beach is absolutely stunning!

The large bedroom with the double beds provided plenty of space for all my children.The views were priceless. Plenty of dishes/appliances. AC worked great!The only complaint was the bedroom door facing the deck would not lock (this was also reported with previous renters).The bathroom tub was draining very slowly and on our last day,it wouldn't drain at all. The issue seems a little more serious than fixing it with a plunger.This isn't an issue with "slow draining" pipes, because I have stayed in unit downstairs #1142 as well and there weren't any plumbing issues.I would love to stay again in the future as long as plumbing is in good order. I contacted Management and they were very helpful. They immediately notified Maintenance of the problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I arrived on 5-19-23 check-in was fast and easy. Makes way to unit as I always do I video my unit from entry to all rooms in unit. As my daughter (12),and I makes way to where she will be sleeping we noticed the door handle to the closet on the floor also there is a door to the outside that does not lock. Called the front office 2 days in a row in which they said they would have maintenance come and never did. My daughter had to sleep in the room with me, I was Not letting her sleep in a room where a door that leads to outside does not lock. In the bathroom there’s no curtain for the bathroom window but has a rod when I called about that they said the owner said no one can see up there wow when the window is facing the parking lot. I also had my daughter to stand in the parking lot while I stood in the shower. I feel that the parking lot should be numbered with the units number because guest from across the street can park to go to the beach leaving you no parking space to park if you leave to go on an outing. Overall the unit is great with a great view of the beach. The front office and maintenance crew need to do a better job at making the customer feel appreciated.

Fantastic!

I highly recommend this property to anyone. We had the best time and the condo was absolutely beautiful. The had a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. The location couldn't have been better, quite and private, very family oriented, and the view was breathtaking. There was also a small outside restaurant attached to the complex that serves food and drinks everyday from 11-5. This was one of my favorite vacations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We're regulars at Sandpiper Cove.This was our first stay in unit 2142, which is beautifully appointed. The view of the beach is spectacular. The LR funishings are comfortable and sensible for those with children (after you put up all the glass decorations). The two double beds featured on the website are *pull-down Murphy beds* in a very large room, which is not immediately apparent from the website. There is ample space for travel cribs, but no place to hang up clothes. Bring your own hangers to use the wire shelves in the closet. The 2nd bedroom is small. There is only one bathroom,which leads to traffic jams when people shower. We washed dishes by hand all week; the dishwasher was broken
