Ventana Views is a fantastic family home in a convenient location delivering the perfect base for your New Mexico experience. You'll have access to the entire house (excluding the attic), plus the 2 car lock up garage.

The Space:
Ventana Views offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and versatile spaces for socializing, relaxing, or family time. The central hub, featuring the kitchen, dining, and living area, is perfect for bonding. Plus, a private fenced yard with a BBQ Charcoal Grill provides a great outdoor dining or leisure spot.

The Neighborhood:
Located NW of Albuquerque, New Mexico within the Ventana Ranch Community.
The property is close to local shopping centres, parks, craft breweries, restaurants, CNM Westside, and the Volcano Vista School district. This friendly and quiet neighborhood is just 23 minutes from Old Town Plaza Square and close to many of Albuquerque's array of activities and entertainment options.

Ventana Ranch is a neighborhood that is rich with a sense of community. Recreational activities include an abundance of parks, and biking/hiking/running trails. A public community pool is located 1.5 miles away at Paradise Hills Community center and Pool.

It is conveniently flanked by three major streets, Paseo d0el Norte, Unser, and Irving. Petroglyph State Park is a nearby and popular attraction featuring volcanic rocks with carved symbols and designs dating 400 to 700 years ago.

Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

Security cameras are located at the front and the back of the property. Ring doorbell, Ring camera in the backyard and one over the garage in the front. There is also a noise alert system in the home.

• NO unapproved guests. PARTIES are not permitted. Disturbance to our neighbors will not be tolerated. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the Police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.

Very nice 4-bedroom home away from home

Very clean with well-supplied kitchen and appliances. 4-bedrooms slept five of us very comfortably. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to visiting Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

Wonderful Home

This home met all of our expectations for my families visit to Albuquerque. Communication prior, during, and after was wonderful. The check In and out process was easy to follow. Kitchen had everything that was needed for the meals that we did cook at home. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank You.

NM first visit

The house was very nice and large enough for us all to have our own space. It's centrally located to plenty of activities, shops and restaurants. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly addressed. We thought we had access to the community pool- we didn't. We were able to find public pools, so that met the need. Overall- great experience, I would rent the house again and visit Albuquerque again.

Not A 5 Star Property

Original and immediate thoughts of the property once inside, was that it is dated and not cleaned properly, nor inspected by someone who cares.It had recently been windy and cold, but leaves at the front and rear had not been cleaned up. The countertops were not properly cleaned in the Kitchen. As we began moving in our food and luggage into bedrooms , etc. the and beds were old, mattresses and lumpy and hard. Locating linen and towels was surprising. towels and sheets looked and felt worn, except two larger Bath towels in Master. No place for towels around sink area. Lights bulbs burnt out in Master Bath. Loose board on floor at entry to Master, as well as loose transition molding. After entering the Garage, the Garage light for the OH door would not turn off.I text to the PM. but also realized it was Thanksgiving and thought I would receive a response. Advising of some of the issues, such as light, light bulbs. Toilet in 2nd Bath not flushing properly, Vanity Sinks in Master Bath do not drain. Light Bulb issue. Never had a response from anyone during the stay.The property has a leak in shower where wall gets wet at every use. The kitchen utensils are less than acceptable, with varied layers of coatings or teflon, etc.The furniture is broken down in Living Room. Couches are broken down. A few dining room chairs wobble.The beds are old lumpy mattresses and very uncomfortable in every room.After leaving the site I have been sick for over two weeks.

Nice property in quiet neighborhood

We chose this property because we previously lived in the neighborhood and it was very close to our daughter’s house. It is a quiet and well kept neighborhood, and walking distance to parks and businesses (Walgreens, Dutch Bros, Dions, Little Anitas, plus many others). The setup of the house is nice, in that the master is separate from the other bedrooms, for more privacy. The two bathrooms are away from the living area, for better privacy on that front too. There were a few small maintenance issues but the owner is quite responsive. The kitchen is set up for basic cooking. I mention that only because if you are hoping to make more elaborate meals, you might want to bring along some things. But the essentials are there, and we were able to get creative and make do. Everything in the kitchen works nicely and there is plenty of space, along with a very large refrigerator/freezer. I would return to this property for sure. My only wishlist would be upgraded pillows and towels :-)

Lots of space

This property is substantial. All 4 bedrooms were large enough for adult occupancy. The appliances were all working properly and the house was very clean. Not much of a backyard or view from anywhere on the property, so if that's a thing for you, then maybe not. However, the neighborhood is pretty nice and if you like to walk in the mornings, the area around the house is extremely accommodating. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Everything was absolutely great I would recommend this rental property to anyone quick response to everything we just couldn’t stream the tv in one room. The towel rack the restroom kept falling off it needs to be fixed other than that I most definitely would recommend this property to the any and everyone!!!
