It was as advertised and plenty spacious enough for our group. We enjoyed the spacious decks with views and the pillows and beds were very comfortable.

We loved this house. It had space for everyone to spread out, many different outside spaces and inside spaces. Owner was responsive when I had questions. Close to town no matter which end of the strip you wanted to go to.

This place was picture perfect. It accommodated everyone comfortably. It would take a book to articulate all the details that the owner made sure were there to make our stay wonderful.

Great Property for Family

Nice little spot for privacy, lots of room, plenty of extras. The road to the property is pretty rough & if you drive a little car like my low profile cadillac it could be hard to get up. We really enjoyed our time here together.

Breathtaking views

Your place was perfect for the ten of us! There were so many options for gathering together. We were on a ladies’ retreat and spent hours making blankets and talking in such a peaceful atmosphere. The little things you’ve done to make things homey are wonderful. We made all of our meals and never lacked for kitchen appliances or accessories. I’ve already recommended this place to several folks and one of my group is looking for dates to return. Thanks for providing the perfect place for The Escape Artists!

Filthy Home- Disappointing!

Do not stay here!!! As pretty as the view is outside- you can’t even enjoy it with how dirty the home is on the inside. So disgusting! Multiple air vents had layers of dirt on them, the sheets were not washed-we found stains & hair in almost all beds the first night, the dishes in the cabinets had dust all over them, fridges had spills & pieces of food in them, the microwaves were dirty, no light in the most active area (kids room), hair clogged in the shower, the trash could not be taken out because there were no trash cans, the floors were disgusting- not swept & definitely not mopped(all of our feet & socks were black), there’s food, dirt & dog treats in all areas of the house esp near & under the couches, the fans have dirt caked on them, there was a dirty wash rag beside the bed, the dishwasher wouldn’t start & so much more.. NOTHING in this home was clean & doesn’t appear to have been cleaned beyond a quick sweep in a very long time. I have NEVER stayed in a rental as disgusting as this. Host blames it on previous guests vs taking accountability for not cleaning the property as they advertise.

Great with a few issues

The house was nice, large, and private. We did have a couple issues, but they wouldn't necessarily keep me from staying again.The bunk room had an overhead light and fan, but we were unable to locate a switch. There was a little Lamp placed in the window, but it wasn't enough light for that big room. We also had trouble figuring out where to take out the trash. We did eventually find the trash bins at the bottom of the driveway by the road. There was also a cleanliness issue. There were some cabinets in the living room and kitchen that needed cleaned and showed signs of pests.Our trip was Wednesday to Saturday. Wednesday evening I reached out by text about the light issue but didn't get a response. Thursday, I tried calling about the light and trash, but didn't get an answer. I also tried reaching the history through their email and through the VRBO app but not reply. Friday night I received a text with checkout instructions. Again I mentioned the light, but no response. Saturday morning I messaged as we were leaving and she did respond to that message and said the the light was only partially installed and the electrician had some trouble with it and was going to come back later. I shared my other concerns and she assured me that she was going to address the cleanliness issues personally. She also said that the reason she hadn't responded was because she had been sick in the hospital. She was friendly and helpful the times that I did get to talk with her.
We saw this buck in velvet two different days.

Unfortunately Disappointing

There is a fair bit to get through here. Some of it was unique to our stay. I'm limited to 1,500 characters. Most relevant below. Cleanliness:The house was unreasonably dirty when we arrived: dirty dishes in the dishwasher (and no power there or other places due to work in prog.), floor turned children's feet black with dirt/grime, the counters, cabinets, and fridge had evidence of dripping spills from prior guests. Dirty microwave with food splatter. Pet hair was present on the main couches and in at least one tub (the big jacuzzi tub in the pictures). We were meeting friends with kids coming from another state (4 adults, 5 kids) and didn't want to pivot at the last minute so we ultimately bought cleaning supplies (none handy, the only sink sponge for example was clearly dirty from many prior uses) and made the best of it. Paper products were used when possible and all other items were washed prior to use. Other bad highlights:- Workers at property every day, including two days while we were in the home with little warning. Extenuating circumstances that arose before our arrival, but handled exceptionally poorly. Work was never completed, and areas remained unavailable during our stay. - Over communication from owner. I'm on vacation, texts/calls every day was too much. - Very uneven heating/cooling leaving some guests uncomfortable at night. - Host showed up during checkout, awkwardEventual partial refund was appreciated, but insufficient considering all details.

Anniversary Celebration

This was an ideal location for a family party of 16. The kitchen was adequately furnished. We enjoyed the large table for meals that could be adjusted for a varied group number. The large outdoor porch area was beautifully furnished with spectacular views and several out door grills. The group enjoyed the many and varied games located throughout the house.

Cute home with plenty of room for large family. Pictures were very accurate and location was great! No more than 10 minutes away from everything.
