Perfect for large groups! Very comfortable home in beautiful neighborhood. Lots of room. Loved the play area for the little ones. Easy to get to activities in Branson.

This house was great space for our family stay as my daughter got married in Highlandville Mo. We had her bridesmaids along with our family and a few extended family members stay. Total off 20 people! Check in was great and smooth! All the games and activities the rental offered was loads of fun! Highly recommend this place for families!

The home was just what I needed with a family of eight. My daughter, husband and two kids had the whole downstairs to themselves. The location to everything we wanted to do while on vacation was perfect as well. I would book this place again in the future. We really enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, welcoming, and exceptionally well-maintained—even the pickiest of guests (like us!). The host was accommodating and professional, with excellent communication throughout our visit.We actually chose to extend our trip because we were so impressed with the quality of the home, the thoughtful amenities provided, and how smoothly everything was handled.The location is ideal—conveniently close to everything we wanted to do in the area, yet tucked away in a peaceful, gated community that made us feel safe and relaxed.Highly recommend this property, and we look forward to staying again!

Very Nice House that accommodates all ages

We had a large extended family. Everyone was pleased with the VRBO. Each room had a separate TV including patio. I highly recommend house.

Great Place!

This was a great getaway for a family reunion! We enjoyed the property and house. It was nice being a little off the beaten path of the traffic and sightseers, but it was easy to get to attractions and other places.

Excellent Stay

We stayed in the house with family. We had room for the adults, kids, and baby without feeling crammed in. We were right up the hill from a pool and the house had plenty of entertainment itself. We had one family member on a knee scooter and she was able to get around the upstairs and master room/bath with no issues. We had the opportunity to test out Jaymie's responsiveness when we couldn't find the baby gate for the stairs. Jaymie was quick to reply and answered any other questions we had about the house or area! Great host!! The kitchen and rooms were well stocked. Lots of towels, pillows, and blankets...no one did without and we weren't having to run laundry every day. Checkout was a breeze as well. Would stay here again.

Awesome place!

The house was really nice with plenty of room for the 12 of us. There’s was enough bathrooms for a no wait stay. They have cable tv which we used to watch the lakers game. They supply board games, foosball table, and a hockey slide board thing that we all had fun with. We used the pool and basketball courts, but we saw people fishing and golf courses. We would def stay again. There was plenty of dishes and lots of room in the fridge for all our food n drinks.

Amazing property

We have rented many properties in the Branson area and this one is easily at the top of the list in every category. Very clean, well appointed, lots of room, great location, and it made our group very comfortable. The property owner was also very attentive and helpful, making our stay as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

The journey life takes us on can truly be wonderful. After years traveling the world - both through Peace Corps, living in Nicaragua for 2 years and later creating educational children's activities on Carnival Cruise Line on 26 ships over 3 years - life eventually brought me to Kansas City. I've been here for over 15 years now and it's the perfect mid-sized city for me.

My hosting story starts 10 years ago when the gal in the apartment below me moved out. I had recently finished renovating & designing my 3rd floor midcentury space & I thought - I need to renovate that one next! And so I did - which is this apartment with the green couch :) I LOVE good design. I LOVE creating eclectic spaces people want to be in. I've flipped a few houses to do just that, and ultimately that lead me to creating Fountain City Stays where I now manage several apartments & homes in Kansas City as well as Branson, MO.

I love all things design, good food and great fun! I'll be sure to send you my favorites when you book! And even if you decide to stay somewhere else - I'd be happy to share my list of recommendations with you :)
