Very cosy and well located holiday home

We enjoyed our 8 day stay. The check in is simple, and the location close to the city, MCG and Rod Laver Arena etc, and to trains, trams and buses. The house is very comfortable and an easy walk to a supermarket, cafes and excellent restaurants, especially in Swan Street. Daniel is super helpful.

Peace and quiet but close to shops and hispital

The property was cosy and very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the supermarket, Bridge Road and the hospital where my husband was having an operation. Daniel even provided fresh bread and milk. It was extremely well equipped and we loved the back yard area where we could relax. We would love to stay there again if ever we were in that area

Perfect base

We loved staying at Daniel’s house in Richmond. It provided a perfect base for us to explore Melbourne and the surrounding areas. Communication was very easy and check in instructions clear. We had an extended stay due to moving delays and Daniel couldn't have been more accommodating about our changed circumstances. Comfortable character in a great location

Clean and well-appointed house within 5 minutes walk of more restaurants and cafes than you could ever manage to sample in one trip on Bridge Road. Easy walk to Melbourne Park and even to the city through Fitzroy Gardens. (We walked to Carlton and back.) Trams to the city and St Kilda also a 5 minute walk away. Daniel was great to deal with and available when we needed some advice. We also appreciated the little things that you don’t find in every holiday rental (washing powder!) that Daniel provided.

A long term rental that delivered

I had a house renovation In progress and needed to quickly move into a property that was close to work and amenities. My dog Marlin absolutely loved living at Dan’s. Being so close to the dog park, public transport and the CBD was a blessing. Everything is actually at your fingertips. Be it some of the best restaurants or shopping. I was given a parking pass too and this made my stay even more comfortable as parking is always a pain in the inner city. The owner is sweet and very understanding of one’s needs. I had a few special requests that I made, as I was bringing in a lot more personal belongings than someone who is typically staying for a shorter time and they were all accommodated. A cleaner was sent in at a frequency we determined to be convenient and the house was absolutely perfect. Be it lounging in the TV room or sinking beers in the backyard, this home is a perfect little entertainer

Location, nice small house, Great place to stay if you are coming for a event at MCG

Location is good, fully furnished excellent house with two bedrooms, hall and a kitchen (Self sufficient). Owner is proactive and prompt with the communication, good place for a small family of group of friends who want to be near the city. Great place to book if you are coming for a event at MCG. We stayed comfortably for 2 days, and our kids loved the small toilet (Dunny) in the backyard :).. Thanks Daniel.

Absolute beauty

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Just a short stroll to the MCG and right near the heart of Richmond. Amazing check in experience with Dan the man hooking up the early check in. Rooms were clean, beds were fantastic. Plenty of room to swing a cat in the backyard if that’s what you fancy. Would definitely stay again and again. ⭐️
