This charming waterfront property provides comfort and natural beauty being the perfect getaway for your family and friends all year round.
Comprising of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeping up to 10 guests
The space
Clear View - Absolute waterfront property on the banks of Lake Eildon in Bonnie Doon, perfect all year round.
Relax and enjoy the peaceful views of the lake as you sip on a drink in the outdoor undercover area. This space is equipped with a gas BBQ and large wooden table seating 10 people perfect for a family catch up and making special memories. Cook up a BBQ as you watch the kids kick the footy or play on the outdoor playground, so much room to run around they will be entertained for hours.
The house has an open plan kitchen, meals and dining area with large windows looking out to the outdoor entertaining space and beautiful views of the lake.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a Coffee Pod Machine (pods supplied) Milk Frother, Microwave, Air Fryer, Oven with Electric Cooktop, Sandwich Press, Kettle and Toaster (Glad wrap, foil, baking paper, sandwich bags, salt, pepper and oil all supplied). NO DISHWASHER.
The meals area has a stylish wooden dining table which seats 10 people comfortably. The living space has a TV and comfortable couch perfect for those toasty winter nights snuggled up in front of the wood heater (wood supplied). There are plenty of board games, puzzles and books to keep the kids happy on those rainy days. The lounge area has a reverse cycle heating and cooling split system and ceiling fan to keep you comfortable all year round.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms with the following bed configuration.
Bdrm 1 - 1 Queen bed with wardrobe
Bdrm 2 - 1 trilogy bed and 1 single bed
Bdrm 3 - 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4)
All towels and linen supplied
Porta cot and high chair available
on request.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. (Body wash supplied)
Laundry with a washing machine and sink.
There is an outdoor fire pit, perfect to enjoy through the winter months while watching the sunset over the water. Enjoy toasted marshmallows by the fire as you gaze up into the clearest of night skies, you will be amazed at just how clear the night sky really is. (You will need to provide fire wood for the out door fire)
The properties location is perfect as a base camp for all your high country adventures including boating, water sports, fishing, snow sports, 4WDing, hiking, cycling, horse riding and even motor biking.

- 15 minutes to Mansfield
- 45 minutes to the gates of MT Buller snow fields
Boats can be launched directly from the property recommended with a 4WD and depending on water levels of the lake. There is plenty of room for boat parking on the property.

- Strictly NO parties or events allowed
- NO animals allowed
- Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm and respect the neighbors (Serenity is special at Bonnie Doon)
- NO smoking or vaping inside
- NO caravans, tents or swags on the property unless discussed prior.
- Please respect our property and leave it as you found it.
- Maximum of 10 guests only
- Guest who are renting the property must be over 25 years of age and present at the home for the entire duration of the stay.
