Accommodating a family of 9, the 3-story home offers access to all Lakeland Village amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, and fitness center.
This home does not have AC.

The view of Lake Tahoe through the wall of windows is jaw-dropping. Natural light fills the main living room where your crew will relax on the sectional seating, warm up by the gas fireplace, or enjoy movie nights together in front of the 86” big screen!

The kitchen is a chef’s paradise with/ all new stainless steel appliances, including double ovens & a 6-burner gas stove. Grab a drink from the beverage cooler & pull up one of the 4 seats at the kitchen island.

The dining table for 8 sits beneath a gorgeous wagon wheel chandelier. To dine out, step through the sliders & out onto the patio where you will find a dining table for 4 & an unforgettable blue lake backdrop.

After the sun sets, rest your head in one of this home’s 5 luxurious beds. The primary bedroom is downstairs, featuring a king bed & attached walk-through bathroom with a shower. On the 2nd floor, BDs 2 & 3 have queen beds. BD 4 features a full bed & sliding wall windows to overlook the main living space. The 2nd floor BA is complete with/ a shower/tub combo. The 3rd floor loft has a queen bed & ensuite bathroom w/ step-in shower. All sleeping spaces have 40” Smart TVs with/ cable app.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
All the linens and towels for your use in the home & at the beach are provided.

There is a nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental in walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

Absolutely delightful property and worth the premium cost. The beach is connected to the back deck right outside the back door. The place was extremely clean on arrival, modern, and in great shape. Host left comprehensive instructions, including any easy to digest tip sheet on the fridge. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and snacks.

Beautiful Lakefront Lakeland Village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, stunning lakefront view, loved the open and updated kitchen with large island (not the old, cramped galley style kitchen like the original Lakeland Village units!) plus the extra kitchen storage space against the wall that housed a 2 drawer beverage cooler, the microwave and some baking pans (and provided extra counter space for the coffee maker and Keurig). Kitchen was well equipped (we cooked a lot). Property management was very responsive to requests.Home was clean though we had a few maintenance issues (despite these, we would still stay at this property again and definitely rent from RnR again!), which didn’t impact our stay too much. I’d just rather not have to spend time reporting these things while on vacation. Reported issues: Patio screen door around handle was torn. The 2nd floor shower drain was backed up - prop mgmt came the next morning to clear! Steam iron provided had a raised substance of some kind stuck on the plate rendering it unusable unfortunately when we needed it for a nice dinner out to the Charthouse (our best meal of the week, excellent food and service!). Outer glass shower door on 2nd floor bathroom was off track. The toilet roll holder in the 2nd floor bathroom was loose on one side and the toilet paper roll would sometimes fall off. We agreed that all were mostly minor annoyances (except for slow drain which was taken care of quickly) that could wait until we checked out.

Perfect Tahoe getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay at this unit! Lakeland Village is full of amenities including two pools, hot tubs, a pier and more. But this unit is on a prime spot right on the sand. At this complex, there are some units that get a little smoke from the shared grills and some are just a little too close to the pool. But this unit was in just the prefect spot for us to take our chairs and umbrellas and set up for the day right in front. There was plenty of room to spread out on three levels. The living room furniture was super comfy. The swivel chairs in front of the panoramic window are clutch. Everything was spotless. The bedroom on the third level with the small but adorable en-suite was actually our favorite because of the lake views! But you can’t go wrong staying in any of the bedrooms because of the really well done decor and comfy beds. The kitchen is really well stocked. And when I say that, I say it as someone thats obsessed with cooking and often travels with her own knives and sourdough starter. Lol! There was also a lovely amenity of snacks and wine. Such a wonderful touch. Thank you for making our stay with our sons - who are about to head to college -perfect! We will be back soon and often!!

Wonderful

We had the most amazing stay at this Lake Tahoe VRBO! The view from the deck was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time just soaking in the beauty of the lake and mountains. The house had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. It was also really easy to get to all the places we wanted to explore—whether it was hiking trails, the lake, or local spots to eat. This place truly felt like a home away from home!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views were excellent. The parking lot was being replaced and there wasn’t close parking. Even upon check in we were told to park in a specific lot which was closed. There were 7 of us and had lots of luggage and food. No offers were made to offer assistance based on the long distance walk. The carpeting could stand to be updated. The 2nd floor tub didn’t drain and the last step to the third floor was short and created a tripping hazard. They did an extra pick up of trash when our can was full. Deck needed some up keep.

Beach side condo, supplied with all the recreational toys necessary, beautiful Tahoe view, lovely deck for eating and watching the kids enjoy the beach and lake. Couldn't be better.

Lakeland Village #611 - August Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2024 was the third year I have rented this unit for a week long family vacation. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience and created many happy memories here. Unit 611 is one of 5 or 6 lakefront units that are clearly the best in the village. With that said, we noticed that some things needed maintenance; most obvious were cracked skylights and paint peeling from worn, weathered deck boards. We would have appreciated an umbrella for the deck table. I definitely recommend this unit with one caveat; be prepared to pay for it. The August prices for 2025 have more than DOUBLED from what I paid in 2022-2024.

Great Unit, Perfect Location

Loved our stay in this unit. The unit was as pictured and described. Enjoyed being steps from the lake and just a short walk to the pool. The Lakeland Village community is perfectly situated in South Lake Tahoe, allowing easy access to the lake, shopping, casinos and all outdoor activities Tahoe has to offer.

Clean & relaxing space

This listing was perfect for our group of friends to stay in on our ski trip. It was a short drive into town to reach the gondola or other amenities of the Heavenly town. It was also a short drive to the Heavenly base. The space was large enough for each of to have our own rooms and the kitchen came in handy when it came to whipping up breakfast. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!

I've stayed at a lot of places in Tahoe, and this deserves 6 stars. The view really is as beautiful as the pictures. The windows are huge and completely see-through. The place is well outfitted with cooking supplies for a group. And the place is just nice -- must have been remodeled relatively recently, as everything feels completely modern. We loved it!
