Enjoy views of the ocean to the left and Assawoman Bay to the right from your extra-large balcony! Located immediately off the 17th floor elevator you will enter a bright spacious living area with sleeper sofa and an Ocean City view that goes for miles! The kitchen is well equipped for meals in with table seating for 4. The 1 and a half bath floor plan is a great touch when you have a full house. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Weekend Get-A-Way

I’m only writing what I didn’t particularly like. The refrigerator shakes from side to side when opening and closing it. The garbage disposal smelled. The living room furniture could have used a cleaning glass and the throw away shower curtain was tacky. Everything else was nice.

Absolutely Awesome

Everything was absolutely wonderful about this condo. We were so relieved and appreciative of how spotless everything was. This allowed us to feel immediately at ease and start unwinding for our vacation. The spacious layout with the 2 sliding glass doors created brightness and spectacular views. We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony for hours upon hours just taking it all in. You could see the ocean, the bay, and the cruising strip. Everything was conveniently close by - grocery store, general store, restaurants, and even church. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. Having building security was an added bonus. Check-in went very smoothly - greeted with a smiling face and a surprise starter gift bag which was very thoughtful. Assigned parking made it super easy to zip in and out. And of course, the beach is only steps away. We honestly can say this trip was the best we’ve ever had to OC. Left feeling rejuvenated - just what a vacation should do! Thank you so much.

Good place but needs some upgrades

The good: Great view of the ocean and bay from same balcony. Room was recently renovated. Good water pressure. Air conditioning worked well. Walking distance to grocery store, 7-11, sunsations, and a few restaurants. Pool area was clean and had decent lounge chairs and tables. Bathroom near pool was spotless. Building located ocean front. The not so good: The couch and chair were absolutely filthy. They were actually discolored and had a gray/black tint to them. We bought sheets just to put over them to sit. And believe me, I’m not the type of person to do this or complain but that’s how bad they were. There’s only enough room in that area for a small couch and chair. Just spend a few hundred dollars for something new. I don’t understand why you would have a fairly newly renovated place with very old and dirty furniture? Also, in the description, it said we would be provided with a welcome bag with toilet paper and some other supplies. We were not offered or given this. Overall a good place but just needs some easy updates.

Excellent stay. Beautiful weather

Stayed in 1708. Wonderful unit for 2 people. Just a few things. There were no instructions for the TVs or a listing of cable stations. Also, no lamp in the living room. We took one from the bedroom for the week. The only clock was in the kitchen. Really loved the unit and the wonderful views from the balcony.

Great veiw that's it

The TV didn't work in the living room, there was no frying pan, no broom to sweep, the shower didn't have hot water for the 1st shower, seemed like the owner didn't really care about upgrading the room or keeping it nice, light bulbs out
