The penthouse lived up to expectations. It is well appointed, spacious and very clean. The views are great from the large balcony. We loved taking meals and drinks on the balcony. It is a very close the beach and a short walk to some nice restaurants in the main street.Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent spot close to everything in Cowes. Communication with Property Manager was easy and the whole process was stress free. Apartment was beautiful with great views.

The location was great, walking distance to the main strip which meant we didn’t need to take the car out even once during our stay. Apartment was a good size for a small family and the balcony was a great space to relax. The apartment was clean, although the bed linen in the master room looked wrinkled, like the sheets weren’t changed, and I found several strands of hair under the pillows. In the shower area there was no shampoo and/or body wash, there was a hand wash in the shower. Other than that most amenities was there in the kitchen which was great.

While sheets are not ironed, which can result in some wrinkling, we apologise if a stray hair was missed during bed-making. The home doesn't provide shower amenities, and we don't have the home advertised as supplying these. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

A night Out

This property was a little teick to find as thought it was on the foreshore, but once we located it just around the corner - the view were still great! Kids loved the space, spa bath and overall it was a great place to kick back and chill! Huge deck for afternoon sips and looking out over the water as the sun set. We’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely loved this place, was hard to walk away from. Great location -close to all beaches,restaurants and cafes. A night out or a snuggle at home this Penthouse did not dissapoint. Will definitely be coming back again

Short stay get away

Great location, good size apartment with great views. Overall amenities were very good, lacking cupboard or drawers in bedrooms. Kitchen facilities very good, shower in bathroom way too small , door needs to open outwards to work better. Overall a very good stay and we would stay again.

Cowes apartment- great location

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment on Phillip Island. It is really well located, in walking distance of the shops and of the beach and jetty. The apartment is really light and spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. We suggested new towels would be an improvement, so I hope this has been implemented since our stay.

Cleaning sub-standard,Plumber had to be called to unblock a very clogged vanity basin.Shower base and rim extremely dirty. accessibility extremely limited due to inward opening door, possibly contravenes safety standards. Oven in need of a thorough clean.Enjoyed the large balcony space.BBQ area in need of a good clean.BBQ itself leg buckling, unstable also with broken handle.Bed linen looked as though they had already been used.

Disappointing

Advertised as wheelchair friendly yet couldn’t fit the relatively small wheelchair into either bedroom or bathroom. Had to use a hoist to move our daughter into bed with access only from loungeroom. Not very clean, oven had melted cheese from previous guest. No hand sanitiser during Covid. Didn’t feel like it had been cleaned.

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with the accommodation. This can be incredibly frustrating and disappointing for guests who have special accessibility needs and we don't advertise that we offer this but understand if you assumed we did. Additionally, cleanliness is an essential aspect of any accommodation, and it is concerning to hear that the property was not up to par. The presence of melted cheese from a previous guest in the oven is definitely not acceptable, and it is understandable that this would detract from your overall experience. We will advise our cleaners and our area housekeeper that inspects the home that this was missed.

Fabulous location

We loved our stay in this apartment. Amazing location, close to beach and shops. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Everything we needed was available. All I would suggest to owners is add a bit more detail to car park location (ie ‘stone-tiled Facade with number 130) and a bit more drawer storage in bedrooms would be very useful. We loved our stay here in Phillip Island at this apartment and would highly recommend it to others. Thankyou!

Had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was very well presented and clean. In a prime location with great sized balcony and amazing views. One complaint was the shower. It was small when you opened the door. It was a bit of a struggle to get in and out. Other than that I would definitely stay again.
