The Space:
You will have our entire 900 sqft property all to yourself. It is the ground floor unit of a triplex.

Bedrooms and Bedding:
King pillowtop bed in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom Both living room sofas convert to comfortable full size beds. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib so that your baby can live like a local. There are extra sheets,comforters & pillows for the sofa beds.

AC/Heat
Central AC/Heat through the home (one of the only beach properties in the city to have it!)

Parking:
We have a one car private garage + 1 spot in front of the garage on the driveway for parking. Garage width: 8 FT. Height is 7ft.
Overnight parking is also available on some streets in our neighborhood. There are signs posted regarding street parking regulations.

Televisions & Entertainment:
3 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV. The TV's are also all connected to our Netflix account.

Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to so many places.

LYFT: The best way to get around if you're not walking or driving is via Lyft.
