Margaritaville Cottage

The private pool was set at the perfect temperature. My family had an amazing time and will be returning.

Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of the resort as their was a lot to do. Disappointed that the house didn't have at least a broom and dustpan as we stayed in the house for 10 days and who wouldn't need a dust pan and broom with seven people in the house. I was very surprised that you couldn't have crackers or fruit chews poolside for my grandson who is 8 years old. I don't recall their being a friendly child's menu available or at least we weren't offered one. Other than that, it is a very nice cottage.

The fixer upper

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful resort with great amenities. The layout of the property was awful. I took the downstairs bedroom because of my toddler. We couldn’t get to the pool without going through the master bedroom which was awful during his naps. Additionally, the front door doesn’t lock because of a fireCode they said. So my son kept trying to go out the front door. Also the pool alarm did not work. The kitchen table was way too big for the space too.

Three strikes, I’m out.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we got there, there was visible hair on the towels, floor, bed, and one of the plates! I called the desk to be switched to a different cottage but they said all they could do was send the housekeeper to change the sheets and give new towels. Once they were done, I went to my bathroom and saw the same exact towels in there, with the hair! This place was going to be our yearly girls trip location. Not anymore. Margaritaville couldn’t care less about all the hair in the cottage. It was disgusting.

Great family friendly place.

Great weekend getaway!

The pool was wonderful in the back yard and the full kitchen is wonderful. My second stay here and I will definitely come back!

We had an issue with the AC being out for one night due to freezing over but the on-site maintenance team was able to repair it within a day. Suggestions for improvement would be to provide a broom for guests to use for clean up, outdoor table umbrella and extra bath towels.

Great for large families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great! We had plenty of room and you get to park right outside your own cottage. The only complaint is even though it's new the cottages are missing the finishing touches. No instructions for the hot tub or patio door alarm. But these were minor compared to how great the whole overall property and cottage was. And the staff was also very helpful. Just remember to bring laundry and dishwasher pods for washing.
