access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on a quiet street with new tropical landscaping, lawn, and lighting. The open concept floor plan has wood look tile throughout, the spacious kitchen is a chef's dream and features quartz countertops, an oversized island that can sit 8 people with an abundant number of cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen overlooks the open concept living area so all guests can feel included even when cooking a meal. Living room has ample seating for all guests.
