Wonderful stay

The house was extremely clean. Very centrally located for restaurants and the beach. All amenities were there and instructions were very clear for key pick up and drop off. Would recommend.

Fabulously house

The house was clean, had everything we needed and more, and had an excellent location. The pool was convenient and well-maintained. We had an amazing time on the island and this house was like a home away from home.

We had no issues except the Kuric coffee machine didn’t work. Everything else was just fine. No problem checking in or out.We actually left a day earlier because of the Cold weather!!

Lovely house in Marco

This house had all the accommodations. It is a little drive to the beach, but we figured it out. The house was clean and decorated nicely. The pool is very nice! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was just right and perfect location to everything we needed to walk to! Love that it was close to the best Winn-Dixie!! The pool was great nice and warm and the pool toys in the garage hit the spot!!!

Loved it!

Well stocked and clean! We were very pleased with the house and pool. It felt like home. Very quiet and the location is super convenient to all the island has to offer. We rode the bicycles provided to the Winn Dixie and Mackle Park daily. Will be back!

Perfect Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of six. Super clean! We spent much of our time outside in the pool and fantastic seating area playing cards. Beach parking spot at the rental office was great. Only wish it could have gone beyond 5:00pm as we had to rush back and move car before sunset. Would stay again!

Beautiful Clean Home!

Our family could not have asked for a better home for our vacation on Marco Island. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more and it was immaculately clean! I have never stayed at a house so clean. It was also close to everything so we could walk to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc. The pool was so nice and convenient! When we come back we will definitely try to stay at this lovely property again!

Great House

The house was very clean and very well appointed. There was coffee, spices, and ample kitchen/cook wear. Loved that it had everything we needed for the beach, including a cooler, beach chairs, and a rolling cart. We didn't end up using the bikes this trip, but there were there, too. It was just my husband and I, trying an off-the-beach rental for a change. Loved that there was parking provided at the realty office right by a beach access. We didn't have any problem with beach parking. We loved having the option to dip in the pool. However, if we had kids or more people with us, it would have gotten cramped around the deck. Not a complaint, just a caution. The screened porch was perfect for dinner, coffee, and even drinks and cards in the evening.

Fantastic family trip

We stayed for 5 days and nights. The house was clean, comfortable and fun!! Fully stocked with everything you would need to go to the beach or grill in your own yard. Pool was a great temp and size. Location of property was ideal. I would stay here again

Above average cleanliness. Privacy was respected. It's a corner lot but many privacy hedges and foliage to hide the yard and dampen any noise. Town is quite and reserved. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would come to this property again.

This was a great property with being close walking distance for restaurants and stores, great location for taking daily walks, great pool to enjoy, about everything in the garage you need for going to the beach, bicycles to ride if you desire, lots of hangers provided for hanging clothes, outside grill for cooking, nicely stocked kitchen, good beds, comfortable furniture, and a very clean house. The only suggestion I would possibly recommend is to have tv’s in all of the bedrooms for ability to watch separately at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this property!

During Covid, we didn't want to stay at a Hotel. We were so lucky to have found this cute home with a private pool. So conveniently located and fabulous amenities. I would recommend this rental and return again.

Great house! You don't need to be on the water if you don't have a boat!

Loved the home for our family of 6. The house was clean and didn't have any complaints. There were extras (air mattresses, pillows, sheets, towels and more towels!) we added a air bed in the living room for the tee. The pool was heated to 88 which was WONDERFUL becuase some days were windy and below 70. (we came in Jan/ Feb) We loved the area the most! I was thinking we needed to be closer to the beach or at least on water but the house location is perfect! You're right near the shops, we walked all the time, restaurants and Annies Ice Cream. Then we walked to Makle Park twice just over a mile. The beach access is great and you get parking with the property right near. The best is that you're right in between Tiger Tail and the Main Marco beach, andd Caxambas so we got to do it all! We would definitely come again.
