Lots to like about this place. We chose it because it would keep our two teenage boys occupied (between the pool, putting green and pop-a-shot). We felt that the house could have been more ready to receive guests. Notably, the pool was not clean ... the renter noted that they were not expecting guests to want to swim this time of year and that getting the pool vacuum working 'slipped their mind', but we paid a premium for a home with a pool and our boys will swim in any temperature. And unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue rendering the master shower unusable on Day one (it backed up / flooded the bathroom). The renter was responsive and offered an incremental discount, but we decided to cut our stay short instead. In resolving that situation, credit to the renter for attempting to rectify the situation; shame on VRBO, which was of zero help whatsoever.
