Beautifully renovated house centrally located in Mount Melville. This is a great base to visit the many stunning beaches, walking and cycling trails, hikes and also the Porongorup wine region. Something for everyone!

Upstairs the house features airy open plan kitchen, dining and living space inviting plenty of natural light. There are two queen bedrooms and one with two singles (each room has it's own portable heater) plus a generous sized bathroom and a relaxing bathtub for the days you need to unwind with a book (and if you forget your own, there’s a selection of books in the downstairs retreat).

A romantic fireplace helps warm the house for the chilly nights keeping you cozy and the well-appointed kitchen with large oven, stocked with basic needs (tea, coffee, oil, herbs), flows seamlessly to the dining space with an 8 seater table to entertain. Double doors lead out to a cute alfresco area overlooking the generous and immaculate backyard, a great space to watch the kids kicking the footy.

For those that might need to work away from home, there’s wifi and a dedicated work desk downstairs which also features an ensuite, comfy couch and downstairs alfresco area. This is also a wonderful private space to curl up with a great book and cup of tea while looking out to the lush gardens, or to sit and meditate.

The house is a great base to visit many stunning beaches like Middleton beach and emu point, walking and biking trails, hikes and also the Porongorup wine region – something for everyone.
