Perfect stay for a group of friends

A very clean and comfortable house equipped with everything we needed for a cosy winter break in between enjoying hikes in the area. Central location, easy check in/check out and excellent communication from the host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful weekend getaway

It was wonderful to return to this welcoming getaway home. Fabulous location, well-appointed facilities and peace of mind knowing our dogs were safe and secure enjoying their sheltered, gated backyard. Looking forward to another trip to Albany soon.

Asrama, a Gem in Albany

Spacious yet cosy home in the heart of Albany along a tree lined street with ample parking on the property. The house offers almost everything to make one's stay comfortable and relaxing.

Mundabiddi trail

We (4 blokes) finalised riding from Walpole to Albany on our last stretch of the Mundabiddi mountain bike trail. This was perfect accomodation with room to burn; ideal location; and very nicely set up as a STAYZ platform.

Great Comfortable House

We have one eldrrly on wheelchair and 2 Seniors using walking sticks. No stairs to climb so it was a great house for us. House was clean and fully equip. I was worried that my family from Singapore who are not used to cold weather, especially my frail elderly Mum will catch a cold & I was happy to find every room equip with reverse cycle heater/air-cond. I was happy to water the mint plant and deep water the lime tree as it's fruiting. Will book this place again whenever we are going to Albany.

Lovely House and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay, the house is lovely. Its super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great, easy to get to Middleton Beach, the town centre and other surrounding attractions. Michael is a great host, he is very friendly and quick to reply to any queries with lots of helpful information. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the house to anyone else :)

Good property for larger groups

Our family of 3 stayed for 6 nights at this house. It’s a lovely property well-suited for large groups. The beds were comfortable, and the property was generally very clean and tidy. There is a very comfortable alfresco area and secure small green space. Because of the large size of the house, there were a few things had been overlooked such as the kitchen extractor fan struggling because the rangehood filter was chocked full of oil (we tried cleaning it) and the kettle was caked in lime (we cleaned it twice during our stay) and consumables provided were a little basic and rationed, so it’s best to bring everything you feel you need. On a last note, I should mention that the house is next to a fairly active road in Albany. There is an almost constant drone of noise from vehicles going by. It does die down completely by night-time, but if you plan for a peaceful, house to laze in during the day, it’s not as quiet as you may like. I would still recommend this lovely house for larger groups, but just be mindful of the above items and also bring your own water filter.

Albany Charmer

Stayed three nights in Albany during July. Great location as central. Plenty of space for our family of five with two living rooms and well stocked kitchen. Nice touch with various streaming services and great TV as allowed us to be kept entertained when too wet to go outside! Beds comfy too and plenty of heaters to keep warm. We will recommend and stay here again next time we are in Albany.
