From the covered balcony, you can take in the neighborhood’s steady pace, while tucked-away outdoor spaces offer peaceful corners to pause between outings. Inside, the home blends its 1885 carriage house origins with a layout designed for relaxed, easy living. Sorry, No pets.
Living space
Set across two levels, this private residence offers a thoughtful balance of shared areas and quiet retreats. The main level features two bedrooms and a full bathroom, along with convenient access to the outdoor spaces. Upstairs, the living room, dining area, and kitchen come together in an open layout that naturally draws everyone together. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain comfort throughout the home.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with three beds. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and includes its own en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms on the main level provide restful spaces for a good night’s sleep.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is located upstairs alongside the dining area, creating a central place to prepare meals and gather. With everything on one level, it’s easy to move between cooking, dining, and relaxing in the living area.
Outdoor living
Multiple outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy time outside at your own pace. A covered front porch and shaded patio provide relaxed seating areas, while the garden deck offers space for grilling. The covered balcony above overlooks the street, giving you a comfortable spot to take in the atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.

WiFi, a dedicated workspace, HDTV, washer and dryer, and a private entrance support both short and extended stays. Self check-in with a keypad allows for easy arrival, and free driveway parking on the premises accommodates up to three vehicles. The home is not pet-friendly.
