The main level includes two bedrooms and a full bath for easy access to outdoor spaces, while upstairs, the master bedroom features an en-suite bath. Natural light filters into the adjoining living and dining area, creating a welcoming setting for conversation or quiet relaxation.

The property’s garden deck sits beneath mature trees draped in Spanish moss, offering a serene spot to enjoy the fresh air. Gather for meals at the outdoor dining table or settle into Adirondack chairs to appreciate the peaceful yard. The covered front porch and second-floor balcony provide additional spaces to take in the historic neighborhood atmosphere.
