Originally built in 1885 and converted to a private residence in 1923, this carriage home blends preserved character with everyday convenience. The layout is intentionally spread across two levels, offering privacy and a natural flow throughout the home. On the main level, you’ll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom, along with easy access to outdoor spaces that invite you to step outside between explorations of the city.

Upstairs is where the home opens up. A bright living area provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day of walking the historic streets, while the dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen, creating a relaxed setting for shared meals. The primary bedroom is also located on this level and includes an en-suite bathroom. Just beyond the living space, a covered balcony overlooks the street below, giving you a front-row seat to one of St. Augustine’s most iconic sights.

Sleeping Arrangements
