The home sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths, spread across three levels. Each floor pairs shared gathering space with quieter private areas, and an elevator connects every level for easy movement between them.
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable through every season. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are on hand for anyone who needs to stay connected. A washer and dryer, along with essentials like towels, bed linens, and an iron, make longer stays easy. Self check-in with a keypad means arrival is simple and flexible.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with dishes and silverware for cooking and serving. Barbecue utensils are on hand for grilling, and the dining table is ready for shared meals.
Outdoor living & pool
Step out to the patio or balcony for an ocean breeze, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The community saltwater pool is available all year and shared with the Salt Therapy South house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your time on the shore.
Parking & location
Free driveway parking is available on premises for up to 3 vehicles, with extra space for a boat or jet ski. Local restaurants, grocery stores, and historic St. Augustine are all a short drive away. Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
