Bedrooms are positioned near bathrooms for convenience, and bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided. A washer and dryer make it easy to refresh after beach days. An elevator - with a cab at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - provides accessible movement between levels.

Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are available for your convenience. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the North house.
Parking & access
A private entrance and self check-in via lockbox ensure a smooth arrival. Free parking on premises includes 3 spaces, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski. The home is equipped with smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for added peace of mind.
