We were in Murfreesboro unfortunately for a family death and funeral. Our emotions and stress level were high and the time actually spent in the house limited. While the house was for the most part accommodating we did encounter frustration and concerns. The host did not respond to questions about other entries for an elderly person or the check-in code. We had to call Vrbo despite arriving an hour after check-in for entry codes. None of the beds had top sheets, there were no kitchen dish cloths and the sponge left was disgustingly dirty (we purchased a clean one), there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, the cold water was turned off in the kitchen, the bath tubs had no plugs (we had a two year old) and the tub slippery for showering, (we had a 91 year old), no toiletries in two of the bathrooms and the washing machine did not drain do to a clogged filter/trap. We did not use the pool as the water was too cold.

The pool was the best thing except for the cool weather. Kitchen could use access to hot water. Bathroom in laundry room needed a shower door so the shower curtain didn't attack you. Needed to be a little more homey(lamps, pictures, rug under coffee table)

Nice quiet neighborhood

We stayed so we could get together with family for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Full kitchen allowed us to cook Thanksgiving dinner.Weather was cooler so we didn’t spend time outside but backyard was nice.

Every description was spot on, had no issues and the home is in a beautiful area! Part of why we chose this home was because it had a pool so when we arrived and noticed it had been closed we were a little disappointed but we are from michigan and arent use to 80 degree weather in october . The stay was very nice i would recommend it to others highly!

A home away from home

I rented this property because it was in our desired neighborhood and it had all of the amenities we were wanting, plus a pool and playset for our toddler. The check-in process was simple and easy when we arrived Friday afternoon. The home was more than enough space for our family of three. The kitchen and living space was a nice size, and the laundry was convenient. The screened in porch was wonderful, although bugs were still present as some areas of the screen was not secure. There was no closet or dresser in the Primary, so we used a closet in one of the guest rooms to hang and store our clothes. I would suggest switching out the desk in the Primary, with the dresser from the guest room since there is no available closet. We did purchase a small folding stool for our toddler to use in the bathroom and left it in the closet for others to use. I had concerns about the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. When we arrived Friday afternoon, there were dead bugs around and in the kitchen sink, a used laundry dryer sheet on the floor and several other dead bugs (spider and moth) on the floor in the guest bedroom. There was also a child's underwear in the dirt area by the stairs leading to the pool. We also had to pull up the two garbage cans from the street (garbage was picked up Thursday morning). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and would consider staying here again. Thank you for sharing your property.

Pleasant stay

Everything was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe as well as convenient to anything you could possibly want/need. It was great to be able to sit by the pool and read a book.

Mostly more than we had expected

Ihe pictures don't do the house justice.. It far exceeded our expectations. A few minor changes I would like to suggest. 1. clean and heat the pool. repair lock on pool gate. 2. provide at least a two-ply toilet tissue. 3. supply more than one wash cloth per person. 5. Provide sufficient clothes hangers, None of these were deal breakers. As I said, the house was exceptionl. We had a wonderful time.

The email i received said the pool would be open march 24th. However that general email was from 2022, it was never updated to reflect 2024. Ibrented said property for the option of a pool, which i did not have. There was garbage in yhe kitchen garbage can upon our arrival. Other than the home could use some minor repairs the stay was nice.

Nice on the inside, but outside needs repair

The inside of the house was clean and inviting with plenty of beds and space to accommodate our family. The kitchen had a wide assortment of pots, and pans, utensils and dishes. The children’s picnic table on the back porch was perfect. We also enjoyed the glider on the front porch. We were disappointed that the lawn in the back yard looked like it hadn’t been mowed in at least two weeks. This made it difficult for our toddlers to run and play in the yard. We were also surprised at the condition of the screens on the porch and the fence. They are in need of repair along with the pool skimmer, which was useless.

Very lovely stay.

So I was visiting Tennessee to cust my girlfriend and decided on a home for rent, and this was was fantastic. The say of check in I was leaving my hotel before 11 as all check out times are, and had called earlier to see if I could check in early. Missy was very nice and said she'd call me back when it was ready. She called back and accommodated my early time which I was thankful for. Spent a lovely week at the house. Definitely a must try if you want to feel like you're at home.
