Wild Rose Cottage Studio is a private, self-contained backyard hideaway, perfect for couples or solo travellers wanting a simple coastal stay with a touch of home.



Tucked away behind the main house, the studio offers your own separate space just 100m from the sailing club and river, with the beach only a 10-minute walk away.



The Space:

Inside the studio you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, a relaxed living area, kitchenette, bathroom with a bathtub for a long soak after a day exploring, and laundry facilities for longer stays.



Outside, the fully fenced backyard is your own private space to enjoy, with a veggie patch you’re welcome to pick from when in season, a fire pit for cosy evenings, a BBQ and plenty of room to unwind in the fresh air.



Please note the front deck belongs to the main house and is not included for guest use. The studio itself is completely separate, giving you your own space while still being close to everything Goolwa has to offer.



The Neighborhood:

Start your morning with a coffee, then take a five-minute stroll to the wharf for brunch at Hectors or to browse the Sunday morning markets. After a day at the beach, enjoy a drink at Wharf Barrel Shed or the Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club, or head into town for an easy meal out. With so much nearby, there is really no need to move the car from the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.

One well behaved non-shedding dog may be allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable. Sorry, no cats. Dogs are not allowed on furniture.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
