Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, with a bedside lamp for added convenience.

Kitchen: Equipped with coffee, tea, and sugar, a coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, benchtop hotplate, and an air fryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Area: Enjoy seating in the garden with access to a communal pool, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
