Door front public transportation and quick access to HWY 91 or 99 that leads you to Downtown Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby and nearby cities within 20-30 minutes drive. Superb convenient location, Superstore, 7-11, North Delta Recreation Centre and all kinds of restaurants are all within walking distance. This is a gated property with lots of outdoor parking space and outdoor space including an outdoor gazebo, perfect for your whole family and friends.

Fabulous stay and was perfect for our group of 10 who attended a wedding nearby. Everything was provided, every bedroom had their own bathroom and kitchen had everything! Alice was an amazing host who promptly answered any inquiry. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Lots of space for seven of us. Kitchen stocked with lots of dishes, glassware, coffee makers and small appliances etc. Generous dinning table for 8 plus outside dining table as well. Comfortable beds and furniture. Ad was true to life, Alice provided excellent check in and answered quickly any questions! Safe neighbourhood, fenced property.

My family and I stayed for 7 nights and everyone was impressed with the facilities. The layout of the house was perfect for our reunion. The fact that all bedrooms have ensuites is a bonus. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. It's a huge section fully fenced so the grandchildren could ride their bikes freely with tons of room to play. The BBQ gazebo was perfect for outdoor dining and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots,pans, plastic containers and much more that you wouldn't normally expect ie: spices, condiments and every day things like tin foil and cling wrap, The owners live onsite and are lovely people- very accommodating. They even bought toys out for the children to play with. The location worked for us as we wanted to spend time with family. If you plan on doing activities in the city the commute could take anywhere from half an hour to well over an hour as traffic is unpredictable. We found plenty to do locally. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was great. When the propane ran out on the outdoor grill, they refilled it promptly. They even let us borrow their cooler and meat thermometer. Great host!

Worth the druve

We found the location to be fantastic as so many store were nearby. However we almost didn't reserve the house because it was so far from the tourist attractions. For our large group of 13, this house was perfect. 3 floors 6 bathrooms made it feel spacious.

Spacious and super clean with a great host

The house was spacious allowing each of us a separate bedroom and bathroom. This was a nice change from our trip where only some in our party got that luxury. Also this house seems to be new or newly renovated. All the floors, walls, doors etc seemed very clean. The host was quite efficient and responsive to our questions and needs. For example, when we couldn't find wine glasses in the cabinets and that the wine opener was broken, we called the host. Minutes later she appeared at our front door with a box of new wine glasses and a replacement cork screw.

Fabulous stay

Home is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Very very clean property. Perfect for our big group .Celebrated my sisters 80th with our family. All 10 of us each had a bedroom and bath to ourselves. Thanks again Alice for your home, and for answering all my questions .

Holiday family vacation

Our stay was great -- the host was easy to communicate with. We had a slight problem with the heat -- too warm -- but they worked with us to figure it out. There was plenty off parking for the four vehicles that we brought, and having six bathrooms was wonderful. Location was convenient for Sky Train which we used to get into the city od Vancouver. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for a large group

I stayed here with a big group of friends, including some kids, and it was perfect for us. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was probably the most convenient part! Everything was clean and the kitchen was super well stocked with dishes, appliances, pans, etc. The host was also very responsive over messaging when we were first arriving which was very helpful. I don't know if the area is that exciting (it's just a suburb, really), but it's only about a 10 min drive from a SkyTrain station that can get you downtown in 30 min. Overall would recommend for large groups!

The property is exactly as described. There were 6 bedrooms with an ensuite in each and plenty of room for our family of 10 and other family to visit during our stay. Beautiful accomodations and the host Alice and her sister were lovely
