The Space:

This beautiful home located in Terra Verde Resort offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with ample seating. This one-story home includes a luxurious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin-size beds, both of which share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a king-size bed and shares a bathroom, while the fifth bedroom offers two twin-size bunk beds. Making this home the perfect space to accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably. With its convenient location near theme parks, this home is an ideal vacation destination.



The Neighborhood:

Terra Verde Resort is a fantastic neighborhood for travelers seeking a luxurious, secure, and convenient location in Orlando, Florida.



The neighborhood boasts a plethora of amenities, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, a game room, a concierge service, and a cyber cafe. Outside, renters can enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa, tiki bar, volleyball court, basketball court, and a playground.



Terra Verde Resort's location is perfect for renters who want to be close to Orlando's major attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The neighborhood is also near shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it a convenient location for day-to-day living.



The resort is gated and secured 24/7, giving renters peace of mind and a sense of security. Additionally, the resort offers several services such as shuttle services, on-site management, and concierge services, making the renting experience seamless and enjoyable.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**



We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.



**POOL AND SPA HEATER:**

POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.

- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.

- There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries.

- Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.

_ Please ensure that all vehicles park fully within the driveway and avoid blocking the sidewalk or parking on the grass; vehicles in these areas may be towed. Third cars must be parked parallel to the sidewalk, and all other parking rules must be followed—failure to comply will result in towing at your expense.



**AMENITIES:**

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



**MAINTENANCE:**

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
