Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the wonderful beach view and that the condo provided plenty of space for your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding parking for larger vehicles. Parking areas and garage configurations are determined by the property's Homeowners Association (HOA), and unfortunately, Elliott Beach Rentals does not have control over those accommodations. We understand how this can be challenging for guests traveling in larger vehicles. Thank you for choosing Elliott Beach Rentals. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable beach vacation soon!

TV’s did not work in two of the bedrooms. The deck/patio was very nice. We did not know we couldn’t enter the waterparks on the property. Access to everything only is available to the ones that go directly through the resort.

We’re sorry if the property amenities and access restrictions were not clear when you booked. We always want our guests to have accurate information about what is and is not included with their rental so there are no surprises upon arrival. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the appropriate teams for review. Great condo to stay at

I took a video of the place when we were checking in and when our stay was at the end I did all the towels and everything was clean all but the beds need clean sheets put back one them this was a very nice place to stay only thing that disappointed me was the kids pool is not something we could use as it is only for those that book through sand dunes north tower . But the ocean was the best for our family

We sincerely apologize for the multiple issues you encountered during your stay — from the cleanliness concerns and maintenance problems to the unexpected water outage. This is certainly not the level of quality or comfort we strive to provide our guests. We’re especially sorry about the oversight with the dirty towel, mold in the bathroom, and lack of cleaning under the beds — these are unacceptable and have already been addressed with our housekeeping team. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the broken appliance handles, missing TV remote, and water service interruption. While some of these matters were outside our immediate control, we take full responsibility for how they impacted your stay. We’re actively working to resolve each of the issues you brought to our attention to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to light.

Great view. Close to the beach. Very dirty with various broken and non functional items. Urine smell throughout living room. Issues addressed after various days. No access to main property amenities including pools, slides, etc. Definitely was a nice spacious condo with amazing views, but it was not well taken care of at all and after various complaints we were given a very small credit which was more of an insult than an amend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, the amazing views, and the close proximity to the beach. That said, we deeply regret that the condition of the condo and the issues you experienced did not meet your expectations—or our own standards. The cleanliness concerns, unpleasant odor, broken items, and delay in resolving maintenance problems are unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize. We also understand your frustration regarding the lack of access to amenities and that the compensation offered did not feel adequate given the circumstances. Please know that your feedback is being taken seriously. We’re actively working with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are properly addressed so future guests have a much better experience. Thank you again for your honest review—it helps us improve and better serve our guests moving forward.

The space is as advertised, however the place needs a thorough cleaning! The light fixture in the kitchen did not work. The mattresses need to be replaced as you can hear and feel the springs in the mattress even after flipping it over. We had to clean the mole off the shower heads and around the inside of the toilet. The microwave door needs replaced as well as the carpets at the doorway and in the living room. 95% of people who return to a previous place is cleanliness over price. The place needs some attention to detail.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. While we're glad to hear the space met your expectations in terms of what was advertised, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered. That’s not the standard we aim to uphold, and we’re truly sorry it affected your experience. Your points about the shower heads, toilet, mattresses, and fixtures are well taken, and we’re addressing them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately. We also agree that cleanliness is key — and we’re reviewing our processes to ensure better attention to detail moving forward. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.
