Clean and Cozy condo in a great location!

Great little getaway to Myrtle Beach. Nice and clean condo with all the amenities you’ll need. Great location close to a lot of activities and places to eat. Brent and Sharon were great with their communication. Easy check-in process. Highly recommended.

The resort is located right on the beach and has an attached parking deck with easy access to the condos and your car is out of the hot sun. We didn’t use the pools but they looked well maintained. East access to the beach.

First time VRBO

Excellent property with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Great location being steps from the beach. Clean. Awesome owners who went above and beyond and was constantly in contact. Lazy river, pools. Since it was further south, it was a lot more quiet than the main Myrtle Beach hub but a short 5 min driver could get you to the main hustle. A few good resteraunts nearby. Beach was great, water was great.

Our stay was phenomenal!The condo has the most incredible view and the lovely owners, Kevin and Sharon keep it so clean and pretty.We needed certain accommodation and they were incredibly understanding and respectful.We couldn't have asked for a better place for our Myrtle Beach vacation.

5 Stars! Perfect Myrtle Beach stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location just steps from the beach. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels and a fully stocked kitchen. This spot made our trip to Myrtle Beach even better, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

All around great experience

The condo was just as described. Very clean. Lots of amenities. Hosts were great at communicating and easily accessible. Views were incredible. Would definitely stay again.

Great beachfront location

Loved the location and especially walks on the beach and dawn. Pretty close to state parks and Brookgreen Gardens. Slightly older building was a bit noisy late on the weekend. Better than four stars, but not quite five.

Baseball Trip

Just a wonderful place for us to stay, close to the fields and easy to get around. The owners were great. It was my first real experience with a VRBO and they were so attentive. I'd definitely go back. The view from the balcony alone was worth the price.

Anniversary week

Our 3rd wedding anniversary. We are an older couple who dated right after High School, went separate ways, then reconnected a few years ago.My second trip to Myrtle Beach, was an yearly thing for Cindy back then and occasionally when raising her kids.Had a great time, relaxing, great views in the morning and evening. Parking couldn't have been more convenient. All round, beautiful condo. We will be back.

Nice Thanksgiving Stay

Myself and my tween and teen had a nice stay. The heated pools and hot tub were a big hit! The location felt safe and right on the beach. Communication with the hosts was great, and the condo itself was clean and perfect for our needs.

Long weekend getaway

Stayed in condo for one of our daughters volleyball tournaments. Communication with owners easy and quick. They even extended our checkout because we had late games on our last day. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Perfect Vacation from Kentucky

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Sands South Beach condo. It's right on the beach and convenient to anything you would want. Nice pools, excellent view, great condo, and the owners were very helpful and friendly to work with before we arrived and while we were there. We would definitely stay her again!!

Vous êtes reçu par Kevin and Sharon Peters

Kevin and Sharon live in Surfside beach, SC and love our coastal area. Kevin is a retired project manager for several dept. Stores and Market & Deli owner and currently owner of a local handyman services. Sharon is a lifelong resident of myrtle beach and works long term in the auto dealership administration field. We love helping others and providing outstanding customer services. We are both clean freaks, but in a really good way.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the view from this property at first site, but needed major updates. So We spent about 6 weeks tearing out carpets and and installing new floors, new appliances, new paint and major cleaning. We are new to renting it out, but promise you a great experience with our Condo and the resort amenities.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The ocean front view and watching dolphins just calmed our souls, not to mention the beautiful sunrises over the ocean. The resort is also very close to the Springmaid pier and all the great restaurants, attractions, shopping, and golf courses Myrtle Beach is famous for. Very close to market commons, Myrtle Beach State Park, and Myrtle Beach International airport.
