Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent for $95 plus tax. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Valencia - If the house was as bad as you described, don't you think it would have showed up in one of the many reviews we have gotten. You told us you were going to leave a bad review if we didn't give you money back. And, you said you were going to send us photos, but you never did. There is a reason why you didn't send them to us - The house is nothing as you described.

Excellent space for a set of grandparents and two families with two kids each. Great game space , fun pool and screen to be seen from the pool. Comfortable, roomy rooms and great living room and dining room. My only issue is the “starter kit” could have been more complete- more garbage bags and cleaning supplies, shampoos, and more cooking supplies like coffee filters and spices. It was a lot to buy when you flew to the location. Also only one broken ping pong ball and no cue ball. Also air hockey not connected, but kids had fun with the arcade machines.

We’re delighted to hear that everyone enjoyed the game room, pool area, and the spacious living, dining, and bedroom layout—it’s exactly what the home was designed for. We appreciate your feedback regarding the starter supplies. As a vacation rental, we provide starter quantities of household and toiletry items to get guests through arrival, which is standard practice in our area. We communicate this ahead of time so guests can plan accordingly, especially those flying in. Regarding the games table, it is a multi‑use table that converts between ping pong, pool, and air hockey. It normally includes spare balls stored in the side pockets, and we were not made aware of any missing or broken balls during the stay, but we will absolutely check and replace anything needed. The air hockey function does require power; however, when the table is rotated between games, the cord no longer reaches the outlet. For safety reasons—and based on past guest feedback about tripping hazards—we leave it unplugged so guests can then plug it in as they use it. We’re glad to hear the arcade machines were a hit with the kids! Thank you again for sharing your experience. We truly value guest feedback such as yours.

Great Property

We had two families with kids of all ages and this property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our time back at the property as much if not more than the theme parks!!!!
