We stayed for four wonderful days in this beautiful house! House had very nice furnishings and extremely clean. We felt very much at home here! The homeowners left us welcome snacks and was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again! Location great also!

I stayed here with 5 other people, we had a lovely time, the house is clean and well maintained. We had plenty of space and all the instructions about the house were very clear and easy to follow. If we need another place to stay this quiet little place will be on the top of our list.

Peaceful August Stay

We had a wonderful vacation at this quiet and clean house. The community the house is located in is very lovely and the overall spot is convenient to several beach towns such as Fenwick, South Bethany, and Ocean City. The house was clean, cozy and perfect for our family of five. The host Jessica was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to return next year.

This house was beyond lovely everything u needed it was there!! I felt right at home.. the host was wonderful and very welcoming.. U walk in the place is so clean and smells wonderful along with a welcome basket full of snacks, water, coffee and etc… I’m glad I found this house… I will be visiting again!!

Second time staying

This home and neighborhood is just the ticket for vacation. The home is clean, well stocked with needed kitchen items and thoughtful items throughout the home. This is our second time staying here and would stay again in the future. Jessica is attentive to checking in and making us feel welcome. It is out of town, but just enough to provide peace and quiet and yet you can be at the beach in 10 or so minutes. We highly recommend staying here.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to both dining, shopping and the beach. The house was very clean and amply supplied with everything you need other than your food. Perfect Home Away From Home

My family of six enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Jessica was very helpful and made us feel an important guests. Our family loves to cook and make home made meals and so the kitchen was perfect. We used the owner’s lovely kitchenwares everyday. The grill was also used. We love the beds we slept in. Sheets and pillowcases were clean and fresh. Bathrooms and showers were all in good shape. We felt secure entering the house since it had a secure key PIN lock. The neighborhood is safe and the area where the house is very closed to beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home away from our home in Carlisle, PA.

Much-needed time away

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was kind, attentive, and responded quickly to questions or issues. Make sure to bring spare paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) if you're going to be there for a while - not many extras were provided. It was a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to the beach and other attractions. Overall, I recommend that you stay here!

Gorgeous clean home and the owners are spot on regarding communication!

This home was perfect for our family of four! The beach house was super clean, decorated well, and the pillows/mattresses were so comfortable! Not only was the house maculate; there were little touches of hospitality all over the home! Water, k~cups, candy, snacks, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and a lot of other little surprises! Any time I had a question before our vacation or during the vacation; Jessica’s communication was very efficient! We have been staying at Bethany for the last 15 years annually and this is definitely a home we will book again! I give this a 10 out of five stars! Best for sure and we have stayed at a lot of nice places!

Wonderful place to stay

This is the third time we have stayed in this charming house. Besides being close to friends who have retired to the area, the house is near fabulous restaurants, Harris Teeter for great regular and gourmet groceries, and just 6 miles from quieter but clean beaches, especially in May and September. The house is well appointed with a fenced yard containing a covered back porch with table and chairs, and a gas grill. The beds are comfortable, the linens clean and soft, and everything was immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked, even more so than our initial visit, and has some spices and foil, plastic wrap etc as well as a welcome basket of Keurig coffee and snacks. Our hostess Jessica answers questions promptly and stays in touch without being invasive. My husband and I hope to continue returning to this wonderful location!

Comfy home, friendly neighborhood

This home was the perfect distance from the beach but still was out far enough to be a calm and relaxing environment. We enjoyed our time in the clean and comfortable space that felt like a home away from home. The owner was very attentive to our needs and checked in with us throughout the week. We greatly appreciated her attention to detail and thoughtfulness was above and beyond our expectations. We did cook in the kitchen and it had very basic items. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a sound nights sleep. The neighborhood is very friendly and made it perfect for walks and relaxing after a day at the beach or around the town. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away which made everything very convenient to run and get something. We would stay here again in the future.

House is 15 minutes from Bethany!!

Checkin was easy!! Owner reached out in morning to let us know house was available. Neighborhood was very cute! A lot of construction going on. Harris teeter supermarket was 1.5 miles down the road. House was 15 minutes from Bethany! 30 minutes from Ocean City! House had a grill, toaster, all brand new appliances. Beautiful kitchen, dining, living area. Would definitely stay there again. Pool was directly across from the house. There are actually 2 pools in the community. We only made it to one. Beautiful pool house. Summer salts in town was recommended! And Didn’t disappoint!

Wonderful place!

We booked this house for just my husband and I, to be near the beach but with peace and quiet. Bonus was friends who had retired nearby. The owner Jessica was attentive both before and during our stay, giving us her number to call or text with questions. She checked in during our stay to be sure all was well. The remote check in and keyless entry (once this technological challenged person learned it and Jessica was responsive and patient with that) was wonderful. The house was immaculate and lovely, the mattress the most comfortable either of us have slept on (asked her type, considering ordering!) and the linens soft, clean and amazing. Kitchen had great cookware and appliances, and fabulous grill on the covered porch in the fenced yard. Near the beach (about 6 miles) and a great grocery (<2 miles) and fabulous restaurants, but quiet and peaceful. Garage a plus! We hope to return!

The best weekend getaway

Spent my Memorial Day weekend with family. Glad I booked this home away from home to stay, cosy atmosphere, super clean and organized, everything is brand new, very attentive home owner who always checking us for the best accommodations and comforts. Definitely will be my first choice of staying on my next vacation.

This home is brand new. It is very nicely furnished/decorated. It is in a central location to both OC and Bethany Beach.

We were welcomed to this home with a basket of goodies. Very nice touch. Additionally, they provided so many extras; coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, spices, soap, dish soap/dishwasher soap, napkins, paper towels, TP, just to mention a few. I was not expecting that. Also, the kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfection!

We wanted a quiet out of town place. The backyard here was facing a fountain of some kind and was so tranquil. The house is amazing. Spotless, modern, beautifully decorated and set for everything you could need. Kitchen has basics ready, coffee pot, cream and sugar, spices and top of the line appliances. The beds were so comfortable and the linens soft and cozy. The bathroom was my favorite! Gorgeous 3 shower head with a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. Ladies if you forget your hair dryer or flat iron no worries there's one there. Even black hand towels marked makeup to clean your face. We had an awesome stay! Was sad to leave that bathroom. Thanks so much for all the thought you put into such a lovely home. And we appreciated the welcome basket with water bottles, snacks and candy. You guys nailed it!

Clean and relaxing Oasis.

This home was immaculate. Had everything we needed and more. Bedding was comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. You felt like you were home. Brand new neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, beach and Ocean City. Host was very accommodating and made sure our check in and stay went well. We will be back next Year for a family wedding.

The individuals and staff loved the house and the amenities. The owner was wonderful throughout the process. The house is lovely and looks nicer. I will book this place again soon.
