2nd time staying at this property. Well stocked, and unbeatable location. The bedroom layout changed from a previous stay which made things a little more cramped than anticipated, but the Murphy bed in the living room helps solve that problem. 100% would stay again.

Fantastic accommodations! Ski-in/Ski-out was so convenient, as was the parking garage spot. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Great stay. Would love to stay again.

Excellent ski vacation

Clean, will equipped, and right on the slopes. The ski locker made it very easy to get on and off the mountain. Enjoyed our stay!

Great homebase for our trip

We had a great time during out stay in August. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and we used it as our home base for our hiking trips in Glacier National Park. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything that we could need to make dinner each night and a great assortment of coffee to make the morning that much more enjoyable. We even took advantage of the Hot Tub on the 5th floor, and both loved the temperature (which was needed after long days hiking) and the amazing views. Truly made me understand the "purple mountains majesty" in a way that I never have before.

Perfect Place

This perfectly situated condo made our first time to Whitefish Resort absolutely amazing! The unit was very well stocked and there was plenty of space for the 2 of us. Everything we needed was withing walking or skiing distance. The ski locker was very spacious and made for super easy access to the mountain. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great ski in/out location in the center of the village. One of the best stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. Rental was clean and just as advertised. The only downside which is called out in the listing is the key pickup location is in Great Falls so depending on where you are coming from can be a inconvenience. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy slope side condo

2-bedroom condo, fully equipped with all the comforts you might need - including a cabinet full of games, and a welcome bottle of wine! Heated underground parking was awesome, considering how bitterly cold it was during our stay. Handy to ski in/out, for mid-day warmup breaks in front of the fire given that we dared to ski in -20 weather. Hot tub was lovely. Beds are comfy, sofa in front of the fire was great to cuddle up for our Netflix marathon on the one day it was too cold to venture out. Highly recommend and will come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Ski in/Ski out with lockers to store your gear on first level - THE BEST! The hosts provided wine, coffee, tea, hot cocoa and apple cider. Thank you! The condo contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay - plenty of linens and a fully stocked kitchen. The patio/hot tub on the rooftop deck was perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets. Only drawback - the unit was always too warm! We cracked the doors to let in the cool mountain air.

Perfect ski in/ski out

This is a cozy condo with easiest access to chair 3 followed by a quick ski to chairs 1 and 2. The ski lockers are easy to access and convenient. The condo is very well stocked and was perfect for our family of 4. Parking is a bit of a pain if your vehicle doesn’t fit in the garage as the village has limited overnight parking. Ours, a highlander with a topper, was about 3 inches too tall. The Bierstube is across the street and always fun. We highly recommend this condo and plan to stay again.

Check-in process and communication with property manager unfortunately wasn't worth the stay

Beware that if you book this place, you will be asked to pick up the keys at a location 40 MINUTES AWAY from the condo. The condo is located on Whitefish mountain and you will be required to drive to downtown Kalispell to pick it up. This was never communicated to us at all before or after booking the condo. The check-in instructions simply said to text Jade (property manager) the day before to arrange a time to meet to get the keys. It was only then I was told that key pickup was in Kalispell. I was already in Whitefish and asked her over 24 hours before if someone could meet me there. She never responded and I had to text again 2 hours before check-in, where I was told nobody could meet me elsewhere. It took me almost 1.5 round trip hours to get there and back to the condo to check-in. Extremely disappointing and bad business when I had paid $3k to rent the condo for 4 nights! This is totally against standard practice, which is entering thrental with keyless entry, or having someone meet you there to give you the keys. I communicated this to Jade and was told that the resort wouldn't give the keys to guests. I told her I understand, but why couldn't someone meet me, even halfway? She never answered again and I received no apology. The condo itself was pretty decent, although a few things were not clean (blinds had dust and the floor mat was covered in hair from previous renters). It's sad the communication/expectations from the property manager completely ruined it.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you faced due to the extended drive to retrieve the key. Unfortunately, our condo management policies prevent us from having an onsite lockbox. As a result, the only available options are to leave the keys in a designated spot for guests to collect or to coordinate with our service partner, whose office is located approximately 40 minutes away - We're actively engaged in seeking a resolution to this challenge. However, overcoming the obstacles we're currently facing will require some time and effort. As a temporary measure, we've included additional information in our pre-stay instructions to ensure clarity for our guests regarding this matter - We're also addressing the concerns you raised about the property's cleanliness, and we extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests.

Loved the Ski-in/Ski-out and complementary beverages

The condo unit was very comfortable. We loved all the complementary beverages and the stocked kitchen (oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc). The locker room in the basement just a short distance from Lift #3 was SO CONVENIENT! Also, ski rental location in the same area made the whole process super convenient. The roof-top patio and hottub location was perfect for sunrise/sunset viewing and meeting other folks from the building. Only drawback was the condo was very WARM and it was hard to cool it down without opening the doors to let in the cool mountain air. Would stay again.

Great unit! Came in between ski season and bike season so very quiet. No bars or restaurants open in the resort, but Whitefish is a very easy drive down the mountain. Beautiful views and hikes near the resort, plus just an hour from Glacier. Unit had nice deck and very comfortable. Washer/dryer very handy. Generous welcome gift basket from our host. Slight issue checking in due to keycards not working, but our host Jade was very responsive.
