The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and ample butcher block counter space. The large wood and glass dining table seats four comfortably. The room is well-lit with natural light from the high windows and glass French doors that look out onto the backyard.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms have king beds, ample storage, and TVs. The primary bedroom has glass French doors that lead to the backyard and provide fantastic natural light if desired.



The primary bathroom was recently remodeled with an oversized walk-in shower with custom tiling. The guest bath features a shower-tub combo.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio and backyard offer an incredible opportunity for activities. The covered porch supports dining for four and a hot tub. Further into the backyard, a large fire pit is surrounded by chairs, perfect for atmospheric late-night gatherings.
