Perfectly situated just a minuteâs walk from the patrolled beach and local cafes, this apartment is a mobility friendly property and comes with underground secure car parking. Enjoy a Sunshine Coast escape with a touch of luxury.
The Space:
Upon entering from the lift, you'll walk into the open plan unit with the kitchen on the left and the dining and living stretching down towards the private balcony. The space features a large open plan living area that opens onto a private outdoor entertaining deck with outdoor dining with a private BBQ and beautiful ocean views of Kings Beach.

You will have access to the secure underground car park with allocated parking for 1 vehicle. There is also free street parking outside the building also.

The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in the heart of Kings Beach you will find a patrolled beach, surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore. If youâre holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water park and beach pool located a short stroll away. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

The apartment is approximately a 2-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*This property is completely mobility friendly with wide entry ways, a large ensuite bathroom with roll in shower and power points that are 1m off the ground. Please let us know if you require a shower chair & bench prior to your stay.
*Guest access to the unit is via a lift. The entrance to the property and into the unit are wide entrance ways and doorways and the lift. The lift goes all the way to the underground carpark and there are no steps to access any part of the property.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
