Catered to by a wide variety of businesses on site, and assortment of adjacent food, shopping, personal services, and entertainment options on the block this location is also within a couple minutes walk of Rogers Arena, and BC Place Stadium, The Casino, and the city's best in dining and entertainment. Laundry is in-suite and includes detergent. Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing, supplies are also available in the unit in addition to extra linens, towels, and full complement of soaps, shampoos, conditioner, and body wash.

If you are comparing this stay to other units in the complex, I'd strongly suggest first reading the reviews, as there are multiple units misrepresenting themselves, and you will notice they are using the same pictures for multiple listings. Also consider the floor level and side of building as the street facing lower units can be quite loud at odd hours and the south facing units look directly into highway overpass, skytrain rails, and commerical parking lots.
