Located in Arena / Stadium/ CrossTown this Downtown listing is a 5-15 min walk to the citys best cultural, sporting, entertainment, nightlife, and dining scenes in central Vancouver. Clean, bright, airy, and spacious, 1bd/1bth unit boasts 160 degree city and mountain views from floor to celing wall to wall windows. With hotel like ammenities on site and included with the rental, you can swim at the full sized indoor rooftop garden pool, relax in the hot tub, or steam in the sauna. In addition to the full sized gym, there is also an outdoor rock garden, koi pond, and playground, all located on the same level. Catered to by a wide variety of businesses on site, and assortment of adjacent food, shopping, personal services, and entertainment options on the block this location is also within a couple minutes walk of Rogers Arena, and BC Place Stadium, The Casino, and the city's best in dining and entertainment. Laundry is in-suite and includes detergent. Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing, supplies are also available in the unit in addition to extra linens, towels, and full complement of soaps, shampoos, conditioner, and body wash.

If you are comparing this stay to other units in the complex, I'd strongly suggest first reading the reviews, as there are multiple units misrepresenting themselves, and you will notice they are using the same pictures for multiple listings. Also consider the floor level and side of building as the street facing lower units can be quite loud at odd hours and the south facing units look directly into highway overpass, skytrain rails, and commerical parking lots.

Nice spot within walking distance to almost anything that you could need nearby. A little bit of homeless around but it's not bad. Never felt unsafe or dangerous and we did quite a bit of walking. Host was responsive and did their best to help us out. Thanks for the great stay.

Great location, very secure and very clean

Excellent asian market one block away. Train station super close also. Very comfortable rooms and excellent kitchen. Laundry was a plus. Air conditioner fan too noisey but I'm guessing owner will repair that. He, and his helper, were very responsive and helpful.

Overall, we had a great stay. We liked the location because we could walk to restaurants, some shops, and to the hop on and off bus stop. There were lots of homeless in the area, but we never felt unsafe. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed having a kitchen. We did have some trouble checking in, but once we got in (due to a helpful security guard) everything was fine. We are from the southern US so our idea of AC was different from what we had in this unit. However, we found a fan in the closet and left the windows open and we were perfectly comfortable.

Stayed for 7 nights good location there are some undesirables in the area but it is well policed and no issues. Property very clean tastefully decorated loved the retro appliances. Car parking and checking in/out was easy I can see some people might get confused re entrance to parking it’s the first ramp on abbot street. My only criticism is the bed is squeaky and probably needs a new frame or mattress but it was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a single person or couple. Thank you.

Suite not arranged as in photos. Livingroom couch under TV could only seat one person comfortably to watch TV. The TV was set on the wall and not adjustable at all. Reclineable couch was not plugged in & not available to recline. Dining set too large for the small space it was in & challenging for 2 people to sit comfortably to eat. Hot tub, etc was down for maintenance the whole time we were there. The suit was very clean & the view was good. Kitchen was lovely. The little balcony was full of lovely snake plants- but this also gave no room to spend time on the balcony, even tight for 1 person.

Check in was a breeze, unit clean on arrival. Host was kind to drop off some essentials that were missing, however the kitchen is missing a couple of QOL items, but can be worked with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was wonderful.

Location was great. Dealing with property manager/owner (Jeff) was a nightmare. Upon arrival we found out someone was parked in our secure parking stall. Directions along with parking stall # were included in our arrival package, so we knew it was ours to use. We tried contacting Jeff upon arrival, to no avail. We contacted his assistant, she was surprised to hear someone was parking in this stall and didn't know what to do. After 1 day of unsecured parking (which we paid), we decided to have this vehicle towed. 5 days later for the first time Jeff calls, we found out it was his vehicle. No resolution was offered except to park in public parking and they would reimburse. The main reason we booked this unit was because of the secure parking.. To add to this, Jeff was very rude and unprofessional (comments can be seen in conversation on VRBO site) No resolve.. We left early as we were completely disillusioned with this booking... One last question.. When advertising this unit, this manager shows a different building, the big beautiful brown building that is in the background through the windows in this picture ?? (I have many correspondences with this building).

Ideal for a couple of nights

It's not big but it's perfect for a couple for a night or two. Walkable to lots of areas, only 10 mins to Gastown. And a big bonus if you're on the road for a while is the washing machine and dryer.

Incredible Location & Great Views

Had the loveliest weekend stay here! The host was very responsive and kind. The vrbo was clean and had the best views. The location is unmatched. Didn’t need to Uber/drive anywhere. The neighborhood was walkable and relatively safe. So many great restaurants and things to do nearby. 10/10!

Four nights at 58 Keefer Place

This apartment was comfortable and perfect for our 4 night stay. It was clean (very important), all the basic amenities were provided as listed in the description, bed linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer - which we didn’t use. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and a fabulous Asian supermarket. The host was welcoming and check-in was painless. We would stay here again.

The place was modern, clean and had everything I needed! Super close to the train station and there's a T&T right across the street for any groceries. Host was polite and beyond accommodating when I forgot my sunglasses in the unit after I left and made it they got back to me. Thank you again!!

Damage Deposit

Would strongly suggest you inquire about the damage deposit amount before making a booking, especially since this host has a strict no-refund policy. The property was problem-free during our stay and is ideally located for events at Rogers Arena.

Nice stay for a short trip

Great location, except parking a nightmare, the underground parking is a maze no directions to follow inside, no directions to ramps or numbers, ie go left for these numbers. We spent probably more time in the parkade then we did in the condo. LOL. But great central location. Place is a bit tight in the bedroom but if just looking for a place to lay your head this is a great location. The amenities are great as well. Thanks good stay.
