Pointes North Inn est l'une des suites en copropriété uniques de Charlevoix qui réservent comme une chambre d'hôtel. Livre de la vie privée de l'appartement, séjour pour l'hospitalité.

Ce magnifique condo a un lit king-size avec un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

Il y a des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, un logement de l'évier en acier inoxydable et une table en verre avec des sièges pour quatre. Il y a une table de cuisson, un four à micro-ondes à convection et un petit réfrigérateur.

A deux personnes bain à remous est situé dans la salle de bains avec la douche séparée et le granit contré la vanité.

La télévision par câble est dans le salon et la chambre.

Le canapé-lit queen est dans le salon avec une chaise séparée. La salle de séjour est la terrasse ouverte de plain-pied avec des sièges pour deux.

Pointes North Inn a haute vitesse Wi-Fi dans tout le bâtiment et coin buanderie exploité au deuxième étage. Dans le hall, il y a des sièges pour le petit déjeuner continental qui surplombe la piscine intérieure / extérieure. La section intérieure de la piscine est ouverte toute l'année, tandis que la section extérieure est fermée Octobre à mai.

Tout cela, à un jet de pierre du centre-ville de Charlevoix la belle.

Never again

Immediately after seeing the condition of our room we requested to cancel the second night reservation & were told it’s a SIXTY DAY ADVANCE NOTICE cancellation policy. Our request was declined. No locks on bedroom or bathroom doors. Pet hair was all over stained patio cushions. Bedroom tv was a small computer monitor which is a mute point due to mangers failure to make it operational.

Only average, perhaps below average room.

Great location - central to town -- and on site help that was congenial and service oriented. However, the accommodations are certainly dated with a wooden at water damaged surround wrapping the tub in need of refinish, a non-functioning wall clock, a television that would not function properly and exposed, wire-nutted, line-voltage wiring powering the kitchenette sink light. Exposed wiring - this is not a third-world country!

Fair - disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo NEEDED several updates/ repairs: The hall light only had 1 of 3 lights working. The bed was very lumpy and the sheets felt like plastic very uncomfortable. The closet frame was separating from the wall. All the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen were pinch points. There were no knobs or handles on any of the doors. The sugar packets for coffee were lumps (old). One of the kitchen table chairs had a broken leg that was ready to fall off. The patio had an musty odor. One positive, the front desk associates were very pleasant.

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed being walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The screened in porch was so nice to enjoy as it was raining outside. The bed is comfortable. Shower is tiny. We would come back again.

A nice property. The indoor patio and big jacuzzi tub are unique features. Management was helpful and communicated well. There was a sound like running water we think coming from another unit that was constant ( only heard in the bedroom) and could use a better blackout curtain in the bedroom. We didn't bring these concerns up as they were minimal, I believe the property managers would gladly look into these items and see what they could do.

The property was good to stay at. It had access to everything. The condo/room was nice. The mattress cover on pull out couch was dirty and stained. Also the couch had not been moved and cleaned under. The bathroom floor was also dirty. Would i stay here again? Id give them another chance.
