The downstairs bedroom is the kid's oasis, featuring a bunk bed (Single on top, double underneath) a desk and couch – perfect for kids or adults in need of some quiet time (please note that this room does not have a door). A powder room, separate toilet, and laundry with a washing machine are also conveniently located downstairs.
As you ascend to the upper level, two bedrooms await:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Another Queen bed.
The upper level is complemented by a main bathroom and separate toilet.

The Neighborhood:
Some of the activities you can enjoy around town include: walking along the beach, bird watching, bush walking, watching gorgeous sunsets and admiring the views across the bay to Queenscliff, Red Hill, Portsea and right around back to the city of Melbourne.
Spend the day fishing off the jetty with the kids ! Finish it with Dinner, eating hot chips at the local Fish and Chip shop , pizza at St Leonards Pizzeria or on the corner at St Leonards By The Sea Hotel (once featured in the popular TV series Seachange) with a great beer garden in the Summertime.
Check out the local Wildlife. Walk the back track through Edwards Point Nature Conservation Reserve, keeping a lookout for local wildlife (like kangaroos), while getting the kids to watch out for the rare Orange-bellied Parrot, which spends Winter in the region. Take binoculars and head to Charlie's Hole for some fascinating bird watching through the reeds over to the protected Port Phillip Heads Marine National Park and Swan Bay.
You can't go past a good Coffee at The Fig Tree Store located next door to the well stocked IGA. The Fig Tree has great coffee and cake as well as a Homeware store selling an array of body care products , candles and homewares.
Not far from St Leonards, you can explore The Bellarine "Taste Trail" encompassing over 40 unique food and wine destinations including Mr Grubb Café and the Jack Rabbit Café . This is a must for wine lovers and those who appreciate good food !
