Coatsworth au bord de la mer

St Leonards est une escapade tranquille des stations balnéaires animées, à seulement quelques minutes de Queenscliff et de Portarlington. Cette maison familiale de plage est confortable pour une grande famille ou deux petites familles, avec deux chambres doubles et deux chambres pour enfants. Le jardin arrière est sans danger pour les enfants et a un bac à sable et une aire de jeux. L'allée duel signifie qu'il y a de la place pour les bateaux et les jet-skis. La cuisine est bien équipée (y compris un four à micro-ondes) et l'espace barbecue extérieur est confortable et détendu. Veuillez noter que vous devez fournir votre propre linge de maison. Dooners et oreillers sont fournis - taille 2 reines et 5 lits simples
La plage principale est sûre pour les enfants et la ville dégage une atmosphère amicale. La rampe de mise à l'eau est facile d'accès - à proximité et est un lieu de prédilection pour les passionnés de pêche.
Le club de voile local propose également des animations et un bar, qui mérite bien une visite.

Family beach house within walking distance to beach and shops

Conveniently located family beach house about a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and the airconditioning worked well. The host was nice and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful place

We've had a wonderful stay. Kids love the backyard with fruits especially lemon tree and the swing. House is nice and tidy. Highly recommended.

Great location! Close to everything

Great location close to the water and the main strip of shops and cafes.The fruit trees in the backyard were great loved the backyard..Only negative would be to update the bbq outside and the water pressure in the shower isnt the best but otherwise a great cheap house if you want something nice and close to everything!George the owner was very helpful with any enquiries also.

Family weekend

The house was easy to find, only a couple of blocks from the shops and beach. Plenty of beds for everyone, the house was well-stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. Eating area a bit squashy. The house was comfortable and homely.

Lovely winter break

A winter long weekend break was great with plenty of room for the large family. A little chilly at times. Great communication with George and the late checkout was really appreciated. Wonderful hospitality, would definitely return.

Comfy family stay at a great location

Property was as described. Older style but very comfortable and clean. Lots of crockery, utensils and kitchen items available so very easy to cook yourself a meal. Walking distance (approx 10mins) to IGA, shops and beach. George was fantastic to deal with. Front master bedroom mattress was a lot softer than our personal preference (which is firm) but we discovered on the last day that the mattress in the master off the kitchen was firmer. We stayed with a 2 year old and found it had everything we needed. Would stay again. Thanks George!

Discovering St Leonards beauty 😃

This was the first time using stayz and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. To begin with Communication with George is really easy and replies are prompt and informative. The property’s location is very central to shops, eateries and beach. There is plenty of room in the house, the rooms have ample space, beds are comfortable. The house is immaculately clean, the kitchen is well appointed, plenty of crockery, cutlery etc etc. There’s plenty of room in the back yard to relax and have an enjoyable break. The 2 driveways to the property make easy for trailers or boats. We had 2 cars so moving in and out was much easier. The are very happy to recommend the location of St Leonards and specially this great property and the owner. We are certain that other Stayz users will have a great time here. Thank you George for making this property available for holiday rental. We’ll book again soon 😃

Long weekend break

George was brilliant to communicate with and responded straight away with any questions. House struggled with the high heat over the weekend. So close to the beach and main road of St Leonards which made for a lovely weekend away.

quiet, clean and fruity

We (My sister and our young children) had a great stay at George's home and highly recommend the home. Although slightly dated in furniture and fittings (sorry George) the cleanliness and homelike feel of the house makes it a great place to stay. The fruit trees, the comfort of the beds and walking distance to the shops and beach is also a benefit. My 11 year old just described it as cosy! Thank you George.

Family Get-together

We were fortunate to obtain a house to sleep 9 at short notice. Typical beach holiday house located a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard table and seating for our meals and the fruit trees provided a lovely outlook. Great beach for young children and good shopping centre at St Leonards.

We loved it here. Had everything we need, plenty of space for the kids to explore, and the whole family enjoyed picking fruit off the trees and making jam!

Nice and cosy

Well equipped property with all you need for a short or long stay. It was a nice and cosy house. We loved the blinds that block out the sun so the house doesn't get to hot.
