Bright Upgraded Modern Wash/Dryer Near Bike & Walking Trails Pool On-site

Recently updated corner unit located a short 300 step walk to Canyon Lodge with free gondola access to the village (Winter only). This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfectly located for your Winter or Summer vacation in Mammoth Lakes. Both the condo and the complex offer all the amenities to make your visit as convenient and fun as it can be!

The single level open floor plan offers ample room for guests to spread out and relax in the cozy living room with gas fireplace and Bluetooth speaker. The comfortable furniture is all newly updated, from Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware to make you feel right at home. The living room features a large 55" flatscreen Smart TV with HD Cable. It also offers a corner desk office with Wi-Fi access and printer. As a corner unit, lots of natural light floods into the living room with a peek-a-boo view of chair 16.

The kitchen is fully stocked just like home with brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances. It provides everything you’ll need to prepare meals right in the condo. The dining room seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The master bedroom features a King bed, 43” flatscreen Smart TV with Cable, and a full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds perfect for the kids or two couples, a 43” flatscreen Smart TV with HD Cable, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people. A private full washer and dryer sits in the laundry room.

The 2nd floor condo is accessible via an elevator and interior hallways from the heated underground parking garage to easily load in and out with no shoveling! Guests will receive two parking passes: one assigned in the underground garage (garage clearance is 7' 2") and one additional space outside (first come, first serve). Luggage carts are available in the garage for the use of guests. No smoking and no pets. The Silver Bear common area has a recreation room to enjoy with a lounge, foosball table, fireplace, and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. One of the best places we stayed at Mammoth in past 6 years

Perfect weekend ski getaway

Each year we try to stay at a Silver Bear property. We like the proximity to Canyon and layout of the condo for a family. For this unit, we would stay here again! The beds were a big hit with everyone. Appliances nicely appointed and well stocked kitchen for pots pans dishes etc. The family room furniture is new and very comfortable. Garage spot tight but love the covered garage.

Really Nice Condo within walking distance of Canyon lodge

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at many different places in Mammoth and this is for sure one of the better places we have stayed at and will definitely try to stay here again if available. It was spacious and very clean, we especially liked that the kitchen has every appliance, pots, pans, bowls\plates and utensils that you could ever need, other places have the bare minimum. Its close enough to Canyon lodge for walking but there is a small hill to go up in in each direction. We used a locker in Canyon lodge so we didn't have to walk in Ski boots or carry Ski's each day.

It’s literally a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge, which is perfect. The only snafu we encountered was the Internet going out. We lost Internet, cable, and because the cell service was so weak, that unfortunately you couldn’t even get Internet using Mobile data. Not the condo’s fault, just unfortunate.

Almost Perfect

I've stayed at many mammoth properties and try a different one every time. I will return to this one. We loved this place. I would say the only downsides (check in/key pick up at different location is kindof a pain) and (parking spot very tight). Luckily the spot next to us was empty, but not sure we could have gotten the car in and out if it was full. Other than those issues, the place was well stocked appliance-wise - everything that you could possibly need was provided. No coffee filters or cooking spray (which seemed unusual); but Clean place. great fireplace. Loved the games; decor; location. Memory foam mattresses took some getting used to, but much better than a super jiggly bed. We loved it like it was our own and hope we can come back someday. Thank you for the great stay!

Only thing was that the wifi never worked for us. Someone very nice came to try to fix but shortly after it stopped working. Hope that gets fixed. With that being said it still got a 5 star rating. Walking distance to canyon lodge was a huge plus. Thank you!
