Our bungalow villa is perfect for your next family vacation! We are located in the Windsor Palms Community and you get to enjoy all the amenities within the community. Disney property is very close by, less than 3 miles away and Universal Parks only a half an hour away. Our villa is private and stocked with everything you need! After a day of exploring Kissimmee, come home to a relaxing home away from home. There are no neighbors in the backyard so you won’t have people looking in while enjoying the pool and patio!

The nature preserve out back was actually pretty cool, watching birds and turtles while we enjoyed the pool and spa! We checked out the community pool and tiki bar and playground and enjoyed having that as well. Close drive to shopping and theme parks and restaurants. We really enjoyed feeling at home in this rental!

We absolutely loved this home and the owners were great and quick to get In touch with, also offered some ideas of places to go to while there ! Location is amazing! Walt was very good at communication and very reasonable to talk with. I really recommend this house. The view outside from the pool is beautiful after a long day being out and about. House comes with lots of clean dishes and plenty of towels. Easy check in at the front gate. Would stay here again!

Our family loved this home. It's in a very safe community, it is clean, beautiful and it could accomodate our family of six very easily. The kids (16 & 7 years old) had always something to do. There is e game room and there is a pool. We were very sad to leave when our vacation was over.

We stayed at the property as total of 7 people ( 2 families) House was clean and enough for leisure getaway. Pool was clean and was big enough for family to enjoy. We had good time doing barbeque and we took portable barbeque ourself, thanks to owner for allowing. Towels were many and we enjoyed pool multiple times. House was within gated community. Much recommended place for short getaways

We stayed for 10 days at this property and we were very pleased with the property overall. Comfy beds, great new good quality appliances. Kitchen well equipped. Minutes from Disney in great, safe, gated community with good communal facilities. Previous comments in negative reviews were not founded in our stay and have recommend this villa to family and friends. Smoke alarm was beeping on arrival, contacted owner and was fixed within hours. Great communication and couldn’t have asked for better service. Would stay again.

This house is filthy,the pool was green soup when we arrived, the furniture is all worn out, the pool was eventually cleaned, floors, counters, units, dirty, 3 chairs to sit on at pool, lining on pool all falling off, tiles on pool missing, we were bitten in bed at night in all the rooms, avoid at all costs.

The stay would have been better if we got to enjoy the hot tub due to it not working. The place was not fully clean when we checked in and for the price we paid the place was in need of some TLC. There also wasn't a broom available to sweep during our stay.

Hi Keyama, I’m sorry that the house wasn’t up to your standard of cleanliness. However, the fact that your stating there was dog poop on the floor is just untrue. At the time of your stay this was never mentioned. As well as the fact that do not allow pets to stay at the villa, it is against out policy, and we have a camera at the front door to see when a guest is arriving/ leaving, and there was no video suggesting an animal was at the house.

Amazing little get away

My experience with this property has been nothing short of amazing. Communication was quick and concise, everything I needed for a comfortable check-in was provided. Extremely close to the Disney World parks and a big bungalow to comfortably sleep atleast 8. The bungalow was a perfect little destination in itself with a provate pool and spa in the backyard big enough for all of us. As well as a splash pad, tennis, basketball courts, big public pool, theater room, arcade, gym and little store just just a few steps away. Felt very safe as the complex itself was gated with 24/7 security. Lastly the fact that the backyard backs onto a ravine and doesn't look onto other neighbours is a huge plus. Only a few houses in this whole complex seem to have this special touch. Thanks so much for having me, my stay was nothing short of awesome! Will definitely be choosing this place again if ever in the Disney area.

Horrible Experience

Property was in a very good location, walk into the house and notice it’s dirty from the second we walked in. Found a couple of dead roaches just laying then a couple of alive cockroaches throughout the rest of our stay. Wifi didn’t work the whole time we were there and owner stopped responding. Hot tub heater also didn’t work. Worst experience given the price of the property as well.

Terrible Communication

Well I appreciate the security that is provided better communication has to be given when renting these homes that every single person that comes through the gate has to be on a list and have a valid picture ID with them. Correspondence with the person on the listing was difficult. And also be prepared to find a hornets nest right by the front door that we asked to be removed the first day we arrived; stayed there five days and no one ever removed it.
