Such an amazing time! This is the cleanest place I have ever rented. The house was beautiful, in a great location and felt safe in the area with my family. Marianne is so accommodating, her attention to detail for her renters is extraordinary. She is super kind and answered my messages in a quickly manner. Highly recommended. Already looking forward to a future vacation here.

Great place to stay. Close to Disney, restaurants, and grocery stores. Host was very responsive. House was super clean and with gated community, we felt really safe and could walk/run every day. It’s a very quiet area. Community building with a small grocery area, workout facility, sauna, big heated pool and large hot tub and small bar where you can get chicken tenders/burgers/fries/beer, etc., which was great for a quick snack. Pool and hot tub at house were also awesome! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and would definitely stay again!

THIS is the house for a comfortable stay, close to Disney & Universal. Everything was just perfect. The entire house was immaculate and well stocked. We had plenty of dishes, towels, blankets, swim towels, etc. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to unwind and ease tired muscles after long days at the parks. Our teens/tween also enjoyed the pool while I worked remotely on our off days from the parks. The house is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery... anything you could need. Oh, and did I mention how comfortable the beds were? We all slept like great! And the family room couch was just as comfy. No detail was left out. Great host, great communication, awesome house!!

Excellent communication from host. Easy check in process. The house is spacious and there is an Xbox in the living room for use. There are also board games for guest to use. There is plenty to do and the gated community is very lovely with easy access to the community. There is also a security guard 24/7. Highly recommended.

Easy to enter and exit the resort and the rental. All amenities available as listed were in excellent working condition. There were plenty of pool and bath towels. All cookware, utensils and dishes were provided as well. The only downside to this rental was the inability to control the thermostat. We generally keep our home warmer than the set temperature and when the weather got colder out, we didn’t have the option to swap to heat and it was really cold inside the house. My family enjoyed the hot tub and pool daily during our stay. We highly recommend this rental to accommodate any family.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay! We recently had a new AC system put in and that’s the thermostat that came with the system. We’re working on getting one to allow guests to have more control. I wish you would’ve reached out to me I could’ve made it warmer for you!

This house was wonderful. Any problems/questions were promptly taken care of. Upkeep of this community is amazing. House was clean. Had a great supply of towels for the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and well stocked. It’s very spacious and lots of storage so would fit a larger family well. The location is great. Right down the main road in so really easy to find. Getting in to the house is super easy with a key pad. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and we used them nearly every day. The backyards are kind of close to each other. But there are frosted panels across bottom of the pool cage so when in the pool no one can see you. It wasn’t an issue for us. We also enjoyed the game room quite a bit. The location of the resort is great. You are really close to Walmart, Publix, Target, lots of restaurants and other shopping. Margaritaville is just on the other side of the highway and there is an area called Sunset walk with restaurants, arcade, and shops. It’s also really close to Disney and it would be a great place to stay if you’re going there. We went to epic universe one day and it was about a 30 minute drive. But it was an easy commute. The resort is also gated with security and that made me feel a little more safe. The grounds are very well kept and clean all around. There are activities at the clubhouse and we played bingo one night. Met some full-time residents and snowbirds who were very nice and welcoming. The host was very communicative and answered any question quickly. We loved so much about the house and the resort and will miss it a lot.

Villa was as expected very clean and well maintained we did have trouble one evening with the door and ended up phoning Vrbo which was put through to Egypt to get advice as we had no information to get hold of people that could help one other thing that could be a great help would be a handle to help older and disabled people into the pool but overall it was a wonderful stay and hope to come back Ps we was asked people who look after property when we had trouble with door but it was all back in the villa that’s why we phoned vrbo Thank you Carol and David wood

Exceptional stay

We have just returned home from an amazing 2 week holiday and wanted to reassure any future guests about the standard of this property. On our arrival the villa was immaculate with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. I chose this property based on the pictures, but in real life the decor is even better and the bedrooms and living areas even more spacious than the pictures portray. Having the option of 2 separate living areas was lovely and we were very comfortable utilising the open space at the front of the house in the evenings. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the supply of pool towels by the patio doors was a perfect added extra. The master bedroom was beautiful and the ensuite bathroom was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, and although there was a small issue with the pool heat, this was rectified immediately with minimal disruption to our stay. If fact, it highlighted how attentive and responsive Marianne was as a host, which is something I value when choosing a property. The communication with Marianne was excellent, and she accommodated changes to our original booking and my additional questions with ease and never once made me feel like a nuisance. I would consider her to be a perfect host and for us, it was also the perfect property. I look forward to returning at some point in the future.

We have been traveling to the Orlando area since our kids were small and still enjoy our time there now that they are adults, so of course we decided to purchase a vacation home in the area!

We love Emerald Island Resort. It is a relaxed friendly community tucked away in a beautiful, lush area of Kissimmee. We travel to Florida to enjoy our home as much as possible.
