This recently updated ocean front condo is a 7th floor corner unit with wraparound porch and windows. 3 bedrooms with 3 adjustable king beds. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and an ice maker. Other features of the 1675 square foot condo are a Full Size Washer and Dryer, Soaking Tub, Stand Alone Shower, and Spacious Bedrooms. The new patio furniture is ready for you to enjoy! The center tower overlooks and is convenient to access the SeaChase amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools. Come relax and enjoy the beach with us. Book your vacation today!

Great value for the money. We arrived early and were allowed to check in earlier than expected. The bathrooms were a bit outdated while the rest of the rooms were pictured with the remodeled look. Don’t expect any “leftover” supplies. They give exactly what they say.

Perfection!

Group of 8 ranging from 5 to 45 and the condo was perfect! The facility was also amazing. Great location, lots of pools & hot tubs, elevators were great, staff was very nice. I’ve already booked another stay!

Kids vacation

The property was nice and in the perfect location. The only problem was the hall bathroom smelled of urine, there were snack wrappers behind the master bed, and one of the kitchen cabinet doors was missing the top hinge. Overall this was a great location. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Reviewer Comments: There was a kitchen cabinet door missing and probably should have been replaced before continued renting or, at least, a note to renters that work was in progress. We had a problem with the shower/drain in the secondary bathroom and maintenance quickly fixed the problem. Kudos for the quick response. I would recommend this unit to anyone as the location is wonderful and security/customer service is great.

Perfect for our family fall break

We absolutely loved this condo! Each room had a comfortable, king size bed, bathrooms were a good size, the master bed and bath was beautiful! And oh the kitchen, was small but perfect for what we wanted/needed. Loved having the snack bar separating the kitchen and dining room. And the VIEW was gorgeous. My only "complaint" was $70 parking passes. We had 3 cars, so 1 came w the condo and we had pay $140 for 2 more parking passes. Seemed a little steep. Other than that, we was 110% satisfied!!! Definitely plan on staying again.

Spacious and Conveniently Located

We have stayed in many condos in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area over the years. This one was great and we would strongly consider coming back to SeaChase. The condo was spacious and had a roomy balcony. There are three pools, several hot tubs, and a large indoor pool with a hot tub. There is nice landscaping, something you don’t always get in this area, so it has slightly more of a resort feel. The walkway to the beach is very short, so you don’t feel like you’re walking a mile of boardwalk. Would recommend! This condo has a few small issues that didn’t bother us enough to contact the owner during our stay, but when I did at the end of our stay, she said she would promptly handle them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nicely equipped unit that could easily go from good to great with a few updates. Nice updates to furniture and a very clean unit. The air conditioning has poor circulation throughout the unit. Primary and common areas stay cool and secondary bedrooms are hot and stuffy. Seems to be a known issues as lots of fans in the unit to try and compensate. Primary shower head needs fixed as water goes everywhere when in use.

terrible condo

dirty, dirty dishes, dirty pitcher on fridge. stains on living room furniture and rug in living room, outside furniture cushions filthy, table peeling with rust underneath. shower cold if more than one person bathes without break. ice maker didn’t work, vent in bathroom looked close to falling. reported to property manager. Dishwasher would not get dishes clean and did not dry.i have stayed at seachase for approximately 20 years and never have i seen a condo in worse shape. property manager not helpful at all. not rude but gave impression we were a bother. i would not recommend this condo or this property manager to anyone
