This lovely four-bedroom contemporary home is set on a natural wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. This spacious home with great indoor and outdoor spaces sleeps eight and is a nice spot for your Wellfleet retreat.

Enter an open and bright main living room. Large windows and a vaulted ceiling make this a light-filled, airy space. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ductless split unit air conditioner (fireplace is ornamental, not for tenant use). The living room opens to the dining area and the open loft bedroom above. The dining area has a large dining table (seats eight) and a slider leading to the back deck. Beyond the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and counter seating.

The master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan and ductless split unit air conditioner is on the first floor. There is also a bathroom with a shower and the conveniently located washer/dryer.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and ductless split unit air conditioner and a bedroom with two twins and a ductless split unit air conditioner. Another bedroom has a queen bed without a dedicated A/C (wall does not reach to ceiling and allows air circulation from the first floor living area). There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor. Skylights in bedrooms and bathroom make the second floor a bright and comfortable space.

The large back deck has a hot tub (seats 7), a picnic table and a second dining table with chairs. Grill up dinner on the gas grill or the charcoal grill. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower. Kids' playset with slide and swings in the backyard. Gather around the firepit in the evening for s'mores.

Direct access in the neighborhood to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking. Close to the iconic Wellfleet Drive-In, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Short drive to wonderful Marconi Beach plus Wellfleet's other amazing ocean beaches, bay beaches and ponds. Head to Wellfleet center and the town harbor for incredible restaurants, shops and galleries.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
