This beautifully designed three-bedroom, two-bathroom home invites you to slow down, breathe in the sea air, and enjoy the gentle rhythm of Mount life, where morning walks, surf checks, and long afternoons on the deck are just part of the day.



Step inside to crisp white interiors, clean lines, and all the comforts of a modern stay. The open-plan living area flows out onto a generous north-facing deck, perfect for lazy breakfasts or winding down with a glass of wine as you look out over the newly built driving range. Fire up the BBQ, catch the golden light, and settle in for the evening.



The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and a peaceful garden outlook. One guest room has a queen, while the third has two singles, with the option to add a trundler bed upon request and approval (additional cost applies). Both bathrooms are bright and functional, each with a shower and toilet, and there’s a full laundry in the internal-access garage for easy post-beach or post-golf cleanup.



Outside, the home is tucked behind an electric gate with full fencing for privacy and security, ideal for families. There’s even a basketball hoop out front for a casual game in the late afternoon sun. An outdoor shower offers a refreshing retreat after a day spent outdoors. Surrounded by lush greenery, it combines privacy with the invigorating feeling of an open-air rinse, making it ideal for cooling off or washing away the day’s activities before stepping back inside.



From the front door, it's just a five-minute walk to the patrolled shores of Omanu Beach, a favourite with families, swimmers, and surfers alike. Around the corner, locals gather at Surf Road Café for coffee and cabinet treats, and the Omanu Surf Club is just down the road if you’re after nippers, beach vibes, or a bite to eat at The Omanu Shack. The neighbourhood dairy is handy for everyday essentials, and Bayfair Shopping Centre is just a few minutes away for everything else, from cinemas and fashion to restaurants and wellness.



If you’re feeling active, Studio 18 Gym is just around the corner, a local favourite with views that make your morning run or yoga session feel like a treat.

Guest access

You'll have the whole place to yourselves. Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all areas, inside and out.



Other things to note

– The primary guest booking the home must be at least 25 years old



– All linen is provided, but please bring your own beach towels



– Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly not permitted



– Sorry, no pets allowed




Important Note: Regarding your reservation, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
