Beautifully renovated & furnished 4 bedroom/ 4 bath single family home including a charming detached guest cottage is located in prestigious Truman Annex's gated community. Bed configurations are 2 queens, 2 twins that can be coverted into a king and a sleeper/pullout sofa. This well maintained, lushly landscaped piece of paradise offers a terrific floorplan and so much more. The first level offers a new kitchen, full bath, bedroom/study with private entrance, 3 sets of French doors leading to the pool deck & large free form pool. The luxurious second floor master with its en-suite gorgeous bath, also enjoys a lovely private deck overlooking the pool and property also includes a carport!

Key West Singer Songwriter Festival

Property was in excellent condition, conveniently located but very private. Pool had fantastic sun throughout day and lots of shaded outdoor space!

Wouldn't change a thing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We and our 3 grown kids with spouses and one infant found "A Place on Emma" to be the perfect place for us. We'd seek it next time (unless the family outgrows it!).

The new furniture in the living room and bonus bedroom are great additions and the pool was perfect for the kiddos to play in. Everything was clean on arrival and in good condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a positive experience. There were a few glitches. The pool was filthy for the first two days of our stay. The filter was broken which I believe was already known to the owner. Not sure why this wasn't fixed or we were not told before check-in. Wifi was incredibly slow. Only basic cable, but we weren't there to watch TV. Upstairs hallway bathroom needs a remodel. Location was great. Pool was beautiful once fixed. Master bedroom and bath were very nice.

Christmas in Key West

This is a lovely home. My family enjoyed staying here very much but felt the management company failed miserably. Before we arrived I had specified that I wanted the pool to be heated. it was not. Despite 2 phone calls to the management office and speaking to the regular staff, there. was no effort made to heat the pool. Finally a third call prompted action. The third call was answered by an "emergency" worker who actually did something. She told me that she would have someone to the house the next day but that it would take 36 to 48 hours for the pool to come up to temperature. That meant that for 4 days of our 7 day stay the pool was not heated despite the fact that I had prepaid for it. It seems to me that I should be offered a refund on the heating charge. There was never an apology or the offer of a refund.

It was well maintained, but we did have plumbing problems in one of the upstairs bathrooms that required a repairman. The toilet in the second bathroom upstirs made sporadic noises.

Great house in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased to find this house clean, everything in working order, beautifully furnished inside and outside, and well located for our activities. The rental agency was easy to deal with and very professional. The only negative for us was a den with a sleeper sofa instead of a 4th bedroom. That might be ok for a short stay, but not for 7 nights.
