CASA MARGARITA Steps to the Historic Seaport

Casa Margarita is the ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining, with its spacious covered patio, ample seating, and even an outdoor flat-screen TV. Why go inside?

The living area features plenty of seating and a 55-inch LCD wall-mounted TV. The dining room has a table with four chairs. Additional seating is available at the adjacent breakfast bar overlooking the fully-stocked kitchen.

The primary bedroom in the rear of the home has an ensuite bathroom and king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a king bed. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

No worries about parking here! The house has a private driveway big enough two vehicles in front of the home for your convenience. But with such a desirable location in the historic seaport district, you can walk to many of Key West's restaurants, art galleries, museums, attractions, and nightlife. Casa Margarita is such a great place that you will never want to leave!

The ladies working at the check-in office were very friendly and accommodating. The home is beautiful, with the back patio being the star of the show. Plenty of room for entertaining and a heated pool and hot tub. Great location in a quiet neighborhood just one block from the Eaton seafood market. I was very happy with the large driveway, making life easy when loading and unloading my truck. That’s tough to find in Key West!

Everything was clean like you would want it. The house was spacious. Everything worked! The AC was cold. Real nice for the humidity this time of year. The back yard was awesome. Wet secluded and private. The pool is the right size for 50 year olds lol. The hot tub looked great but hot so no need. The parking is fantastic as you get your own drive way and the entire place is able to be locked down tight. I’d stay here over and over and I’ve stayed at many places down here over the years through employment, get away etc. I’d highly recommend the place. Owner should update mattresses was our only down fall. They seemed tired. We actually tried two of the three beds out but I’d say they should be updated and the place is perfect.

Awesome property and lovation

Great location. Stayed lotsa places and this was our favorite. Only problem was the hot tub wouldn’t heat up. Wish they had a code option instead of having to stop by to get the keys. All in all a great stay

3 Couples Vacation.

We stayed for 5 nights. The boys fished offshore 2 days. Location was great and the house was perfect for 3 couples. Outside pool area is really outstanding. Will definitely stay there again.

Great birthday weekend!

We had a terrific time here, a group of 5 women celebrating a milestone birthday. The location was fantastic. Love and quiet but pretty close to Duval. We are already planning a return trip. My only constructive criticism is that the shower pressure leaves much to be desired. But otherwise wonderful! And the office staff are so nice!

Good location

Very good location. Cleanliness should have been better. There were used toothpick/dental picks in the shower rack in one of the showers. Dirty floors that were soft in some places. Air vents were very dirty The house description of the house said the pool is heated. This is not true. It was cold, pool cleaners explained the pool had no heater. The outdoor furniture was dirty including the cushions. The house is not keyless. Renters have to go by the office to pick up the keys and to drop off after check out. For this house, it was not too far as the house is close to the rental office. Just more convenient for travelers without transportation to have a keyless entry.

Fabulous house. Well laid out. Pool was fun. Our puppy loved everything. The driveway made it easy for parking. Location close to everything. A wonderful week of fun. The hosts were so helpful at all hours. We will be back.

Great location and property!

Overall a great property and location to stay in key west. We had 8 people staying at the house ranging from mid 30s to mid 70s. Outside area: the best! the dining area, pool, hot tub and shower area were excellent! Very private area that we enjoyed nightly. Having gates with security codes kept area secure and safe. Everything we needed was included in the house - kitchen was stocked and plenty of towels and linens for beds. I will say that sleeping on pull out couch does put you in the main kitchen area for noise in the morning if you have early risers. Bedrooms were comfortable as long as you get fans running to keep cool air flowing. (Remotes available) Location! Perfect - short walk to Caroline Street and a few blocks from Duval Street. Dante’s pool bar was a great location to hang out at for the day. I would recommend a golf cart for older travelers if planning on exploring the entire island. Would book this place again on our next trip to Key West! Easy check in process and appreciated holding our luggage when we checked out till the ferry departure time!

Best location and ***** for cleanliness

Casa Margarita is hands down the most fabulous location. There is a convenient store half a block and Harpoon Harrys with has the best breakfast, drinks and service!! Another half block is the marina and a five minute walk to Duval. The home is VERY clean with a fabulous large outdoor entertaining space. Outdoor fridge for drinks was awesome. IT also had a TV for outside that had satellite. We used it for sports and music. A/C inside house was great. A few things need to be updated such as the bedding, pillows and mattresses. Due to my husbands snoring, I slept on pull out couch one night and it was the absolute worst pull out couch ever. So, if you are planning on renting this house and using that bed you better bring a blow up instead. IT was that bad. Property owners could probably fix this by doing some double egg foam crates or getting a thicker mattress. While the pool has a heater, it was not heated and cost extra to heat. Overall, the six of us were super happy with this place and would stay again.
