Experience an opulent escape like no other in Ocean Grove, staying just 250 metres from the waterfront and 400 metres from the town centre. Spread over two luxurious levels, The Terrace is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that this quaint seaside town has to offer.
Take a dip in the gas and solar-heated swimming pool, soak up the splendid ocean views from the living room, cook up a storm on the protected outdoor deck, and treat yourself to a game of pool in the games room.
The ultimate escape for groups or families, The Terrace has five bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. With lots of natural light, an indoor-outdoor layout featuring three living rooms and three outdoor areas, and a solar-heated pool that sits at around 25 degrees on a sunny day; youâll have no reason to leave this opulent getaway.
Equipped with an elevator with access to the top floor; this residence is disability friendly and ideal for not lugging heavy suitcases or bags of groceries up the stairs.
Enjoy plush, oversized couches, Wi-Fi, numerous big-screen TVâs, full BBQ kitchen, pool table and a top floor with views of the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse and blue waters beyond. The kids can keep themselves busy with an array of games and activities including Playstation 3 consoles, surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, longboards, skateboards, scooters and so much more.
Polished timber floors, stone benchtops and elegant artworks decorate this double-storey residence, while an over-sized dream kitchen features an island dining area and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The Terrace has everything youâll need for a luxurious coastal stay.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

A short five-minute walk will drop you at the waterâs edge where you can take a dip in the ocean or stroll along the long stretch of sand. Just a stone's throw from the house, youâll find cafes, supermarkets and local fish & chips shops; while a 10-minute stroll will take you to the town centre where youâll discover charming boutiques, even more cafes, and local stores and amenities. Visit Driftwood Cafe for a delicious cup, The Dunes for a plate of delicious seafood with a side of sparkling ocean views, and the Ocean Grove Hotel for a buzzing bistro-style dinner.
If youâd like to explore the area, Barwon Heads and Point Lonsdale are less than a 15-minute drive away; with the walk to the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse maintaining its title as the most popular local pastime.
There is parking space available on-premises, as well as free parking in the street. The home is about 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne Airport. There is also a bus stop about 3 minutes walk from the house.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT - please note, a refundable security deposit of $1000 will be deducted from your nominated credit card/account 3 days prior to check out.
* POOL GAS HEATING - if you require the gas heater on, an extra charge of $200 applies - please confirm asap if needed (need several days notice) otherwise just Solar heating will be on.
The cleaning fee includes a fully comprehensive pool clean which is completed per stay.
For stays of 7 days or more within the shoulder or low period a 40% total discount will apply.
Please read the house rules carefully but note the following in particular:
Only families with children and couples may book this property - no exceptions.
No parties, events or schoolies. To be kind to our neighbours, please no excessive noise or outdoor entertaining beyond 11pm.
No smoking permitted inside the house or whilst in the pool.
No pets allowed.
If there is evidence of any of the house rules being disregarded and additional fees incurred on our part, please be warned that some or all of your security deposit may be forfeited. This will not be unreasonably applied.
This house is truly beautiful and we take great pride in its care and presentation. We welcome guests who will do likewise.

âą It is important that the number of guests staying in the property is as per your booking request. Please ensure the number of occupants does not exceed the number stipulated.
âą We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our property
âą We arrange for the property to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
âą Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please.
âą Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
âą All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm
âą Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
âą As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
âą We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
âą Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
âą Lost keys and remote controls
âą Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
âą Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
âą Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
âą As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
