We really enjoyed our stay and we were certainly very impressed with the cleanliness of the home.The kitchen was well equipped.The home is very dog friendly.We would certainly come again.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely beautiful home, extremely comfortable beds, great location and the property manager was great. Loved staying there and will do so again soon.

Family Time

The house had warm & welcoming feel with a lot of nice areas to relax and spend the weekend with our family. Great location, an easy walk to the beach and shops.

Extended family getaway

Nicely presented house in convent location short walk to shops and river . Back rumpus room with bunk beds a good spot for the kids to hang out . We enjoyed our stay .

This is my third time at the property - I love it! It works so well for large groups! The beds are huge and 2 have beautiful ensuites! The back bedroom is great for the kids. The kitchen has everything you need. The back deck is great for a few drinks in the sun! Location is great so close to Hitchcock Avenue - we walked everywhere.Day bed in the front room was a hit with the kids and of course their iPads!

Great House - Great Location!

Our stay was fantastic in Barwon Heads! Great location close to Hitchcock Avenue, the river etc. The house was the perfect size for our girls week away - it was clean, kitchen appliances etc were on point! The back deck was perfect for G&Ts in the afternoon! We are coming back next year for 2 weeks!

Fabulous family getaway

We had a beautiful week at this property. We were able to lock our cars up and walk everywhere. So close to the beach, parks and shops which was perfect for our young family. Our kids loved the tree swing in the front yard & cubby. The house itself was so homely.

Great Property!

This is our second time at Seaview - we are a group of 9/10 and love the property and make use of every inch of it! Great kitchen, dining and lounge area. We make full use of the back deck and the front garden too! The kitchen is well equipped and the new bathrooms look fantastic! Scott is great to deal with! We will be back in 2026!

Perfect family beach house

Great family holiday beach house, with a modern extension to cater for large family stays providing a real sense of family values and warmth, with the owners sharing their family timeline photos and well-equipped house belongings. Nothing was hidden away, not available or limited and made the stay that more enjoyable. The 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets provided easy living for our large group and we made great use of the SUP board, pizza oven, BBQ and deck area after a short 5 min walk from the river or 10min walk from Hitchcock street cafes. The deck outdoor shower is handy to wash off the sand or pet after a day at the beach and no need for a car unless the surrounding areas of Ocean Grove or Bellarine Peninsula interest you, with public transport or Uber readily available. Ocean Grove beach is a 15-20min walk with great surf, new surf club with excellent sand washdown amenities & food. Scott was a pleasure to deal with offering any assistance required and to quote him, “we want you to have a great time, not an unpleasant time” and this made us feel welcomed. We highly recommend Seaview Beach house for families and will certainly come back in the future.

Home away from home

This house is in a great location, and was a good place for us to stay while we were waiting for our house to be ready. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities, and this was a nice relaxing spot to stay for a few weeks. Scott was great to communicate with, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this home.

Fantastic house fantastic location

Perfect place for our recent family holiday. Plenty of space for the extended family and the BEST kids room. Only thing it needs/missing is a clothes horse to dry your clothes when the weather isn’t great. 100% recommend staying here.

Barwon Heads lockdown

The house is great for family and friends with plenty of spaces for different age groups. Well set up with plenty of everything available that you could want at the beach, loved the wood fired pizza oven. Location is great, a 2 minute walk to the river and beach and close to the shops but in a quiet street. Old beach house vibe but with all the mod cons. Recommended.

Home away from Home

perfect location where it's close enough to beach & shops but also a peaceful area too. Safe and secure front and back yard with 2 great decks for just chilling. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kids. The kids retreat was a perfect set up. Beds & linen were amazing too. Scott was very easy to communicate with and made the stay that much better. we will be back for longer next time cheers

Looking forward to a stay at Scott's

We have yet to see the property as our plans were disrupted by COVID 19. However Scott was more than generous to offer another weekend when we can move more freely in the state. We cannot wait!
