Duke Street Hideaway
This large 4x2 family home located only 1km from town is the ideal house to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen is fully self contained suitable for the family chef to cook and prepare his/her favourite dish. The kitchen overlooks the dining/living area and the outdoor area. Situated on a large 1012m2 block means there is plenty of room for backyard cricket and your fury companion to stretch their legs. Two living rooms means the kids can have their own space in the front of the house while the adults chill out in the main living area. Nothing says holiday without bunk beds which the kids can enjoy while debating over who gets top bunk. The master bedroom has a King bed and the two other minor rooms have a queen bed. With a fire place in the living room you can enjoy the down south winter get away while you sit in front of the fire listening to the night time rain playing board games for some quality time with friends and family.
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
